First Grow (Questions and pics)

Feb 1st i planted 2 seedlings. Everything seemed to be sailing smooth for the first 3 weeks. They were growing great, didn't show any signs of pests or disease. As the 4th week rolled around i noticed that i may have stressed one of my plants (one with the yellowing round leaves) it hasn't really shown signs of much growth and it just didn't look as healthy as it had always been.i know that it should be in the vegetative growth cycle and i have been running them on a 18/6 Light/Dark cycle ever since planted.Im not totally sure if this is usual or not, I could be over exaggerating but its better safe then sorry. I have pictures i took yesterday ( pissed i couldn't get week by week shots, sorry) but any insight or questions would be awsome. Thanks (Hopefully will have grow room pictures up tonight)

im using a 15 watt florescent grow light. i have them both about 2-3 inches away at all times. The light hasn't given me any problems so far so im hoping it isn't that.

hmm, you need to get some more lights for sure! cfls or something. ill suscribe to this and help you out whenever i can!
you could upgrade if you want to hps or something, but if money is a problem, go cfls and get those babies close!

Duece.

yeah i think once my tax return comes (if the treasury ever pays my ass) im going to go buy some cfls. Thanks for the insight will be updating soon!

better light and try and get a fan on them if you can, a little stretched but hey theyre still young, lots of potential still.

ok here are some pictures. These were taken today and well the dropey leaves have decided to happen again. So any feedback would be great. And i also added a new light 100w pretty sure i got the wrong one and i dont think its a CFL but it puts out around 1700 lumens i think so i thought it would be fine.
Temp: 70-78F
Hum: 40-50%
Grow room is lookin sloppy right now because of remodeling which im pissed about.
Also had a question, should a start fertilizing and if yes what ratio should i go with?

hey bro, your plants are looking a little stretched, you might consider adding more light
also, is that aluminum foil? if so remove it and find some other reflectant.
Aluminum creates heat spots, not to mention its a conductor.

White paint works fine, or Reflective Mylar also works great. Anything but aluminum really

yeah i'll triple the light + fan recommendation and since its a little bit stretched maybe support the stem with something or pack more soil around the base

I'm a novice indoor gardener.... but EVERY SINGLE thing I've read says DO NOT USE TIN FOIL! I see another poster already told you this a few days ago and you still haven't taken down the foil yet. You really should listen because that foil could be why some of your leaves look droopy and yellowing.

If you don't want to paint the paneled walls then go get a sheet of plywood and paint it white and prop it up against the walls.... Even if this is something you can't do today ..... you should go rip down that foil right now
:D
