go to arizona greenlife.

100% approval rate.

shoot me a pm and i can help you out.
i was in the same boat as you and he sent me to a chiropractor (who im almost certain is on commission) and u have to pay and extra 50 bones.

the plus side is they dropped their evaluation prices in half.

so you end up with a $50 chiropractor bill,75$ eval, and 150 state for a total of 225.

thats cheap.
they "file" it for you and charge 50 bucks but you can do it yourself and save the 50.

hope it helped.

100% approval rate sounds illegal to me. seems I remember hearing something about cards being revoked for shit like this.

i could be wrong, but i took it as; once you meet all the requirements stated on their page, the approvals are 100%. then again, i'm reasonably high.

i had to get legal approvals for a lot of the work i did. many words are remarkably flexible things in their sneaky hands.

First of all no one has ever lost their card...once it has been issued.. 2nd they say 100% approval meaning every recommendation they write has been approved by the state.
