Comments:I think i just found my favorite strain. I really hoped this smoked up to how it looked and smelled and i was right..
After 1 day quick drying some buds i was more than SATISFIED. Strong high with great taste. What else can you ask for.

pre-'98 bubba is much MUCH better. ive got a pre98 sitting on my table right now we have been passing around as clones in our group for years. have some feminized seeds to due to a tremendous F-up and a herm plant.....LOL......VERY sticky and very bubble gummy . to me when harvested, it starts ut with a strong sweet pine/lemony scent and as it dries/ages it smells just like voldank started, bazooka joe.......hehhe...suprised someone besides me remebers what bazooka joe smells like......

Nice review man.

I just chopped a tiny little clone of Greenhouse's Bubba Kush gifted by a friend. In no way did it remind me of any type of bubble gum that Ive ever chewed. Then again, I hadn't really cured it just dried and toked as it only yielded a days worth of smoke. It did however, have a bit of a coffee/skunk to it. the buzz was a pretty hard hit in the head which lasts a few minutes then moved to the body, making it hard to stand still. Franco wasn't lying about the "cut your legs in two" feeling, I just wish it had a bit more bubblegum, sweet taste to it as opposed to earthy/coffee. I'm pretty sure this was a legit GHS BK clone, its a close friend and I saw the package when he received them initially so unless he mixed up the strains..

Then again like alot of you say, it could be one of those tastes that comes out after a good cure.

hey looking good. did you top the bubba kush? i have some of this goin in my garden and its now about 5 weeks in to veg..about 6-7in tall, wishin i would have toped it sooner...should it still be done? not sure how this strain reacts to it, expecially when i want to flower it in 2-3 weeks

I'm a first time grower. I have the Green House Seed Co Bubba Kush on the go! YAY!

Anyways, I understand this plant is smaller and bushier from reading the posts. I really need help with just this one question - how do I know when to move from veg into flowering stage? Is there a certain height of the plant I should wait for?

Pre 98 bubba doesn't taste like Bubble gum and it's not a Bubble Gum cross like Green House Bubba, it's got a hashy skunky coffee smell and taste. You probably have something else.
