Leaves hanging down of big plant! Please Help!! pics

Hello, I'm a first time grower, i noticed recently that my biggest plant looks like its deteriorating in health, its leaves are hanging down more and doesnt seem to be growing much. The leaves used to point up. The strain is OG Kush and its 16" at least, im getting ready to flower. p1, p2

Its done that probably twice before but after giving it some water it recovered pretty fast, but somehow i dont believe that thats the case this time, since the soil is moist and the pot is pretty heavy, looks/feels watered enough.

I mix my own soil, i use a mix of potting soil, bit of organic soil, vermiculate, perlite, peat moss. I bake the soil on my grill to sterilize before adding the perlite, moss, and vermiculate. My other plants seem to be doing fine, except on a couple i noticed yellow brown spots on the edges of the leaves and on the leaftips (p3 the g13 on the right), any ideas?

I use a 150w hps with 2 fluorsoscent 45w also. the growroom is 2.5 x 5 x 8.

temp stays between 52 - 65

ph was fine last time a checked.

I use a baking soda/vinegar co2 generator

Any advice, ideas would will be appreciated.

i believe its overwatered.

possible magnesium deficiency on the g13.
thanks guys, what do i do about the magnesium deficiency, how do i confirm it? i noticed a couple of other plants have it.

It seems like my indica dominant ones are the only ones that have it. (but not sure im still learning) i see it on the g13, whitewidow*blueberry cross, grape god

but not the sativa dominant ones like purple skunk, og kush, vanilla kush

coincidence or no?

most sativas do not need to be fed as much as the indicas.

epsom salt or cal-mag may be used to cure mag deficiency.

this morning the leaves are hanging even lower and a couple of lower leaves are turning yellow. Should i transplant this into soil thats not waterlogged or should i leave it alone?

this is what they look like now, the leaves are way hanging down and it doesnt look healthy at all, should i transplant to something thats not waterlogged, or do u think this can still recover, what do i do? this is my biggest plant, the other ones are fine.
