BAK2BASICS Great white shark and Lemon SK

Im in my third year of growing and like everyone i started from scratch and with no knowledge of the subject. my first grows were auto flowering strains but as time went by and i didnt want to be spending all that money on seeds and getting average harvests of average weed i had to evolve. I had some free seeds by attitude and i started with some Power cush and some white widow by dinafem. decent plants and got decent results. This is when i stated getting some really good smoke but my yield never got even close to 1gr/watt. About 6 months ago and after a friend visited Amsterdam an old legend in seed form was brought to me, its name was Great white shark. As i considered my self an intermidiate experience grower i set off in a dirrection unknown... Liquid fertilisers cause in my mind i was not maximizing yield... as i had helped a couple of friends build their set up and saw them go through the unneeded process of liquid nutes giving almost always problems(this is how i see nute lines) i said i will succeed where they failed. So i went to the shop got me some earthjuice Sugar Peak line nutes and steered off to my forth comming adventure... or nightmare should i say... OK so maybe i FFFdddd up the first time as i stook to the feeding guide but the second as well??? It was either my stupidity or i simply got in a game too big for my pocket... ph meters ph adjusters air pumps and feeding at 1/2 strenght most... still something really wrong is going with my plants in week 7... so after i got my hands on some new GWS and a Lemon skunk (clones died at a newbee friends house) i germinated and planted in light mix by biobizz... now my babies are in week 1 going to W2. (i was out of the country(some hic subburb of europe that calls itself a civilized country) for a week and now that im back and noticed the probs in my second attempt with earthjuice i had to decide what to do with the upcomming babies... so i started going deeper in the pocket by thinking i now need an ec/tds meter and new nutes... then i saw my cheap ph meter wouldnt do so add another 50$ then i saw posts about how Biobizz nutes need also epsom salts and dolomite lime... tried to find these in the third world country i live in and LOL cant even get them sent here... more than 20 years in the EU and i cant get what is sold in the neighboring country... So this meant i had to find a new solution... Super Soil by Subcool seemed like a good solution to my total problem and cheap but supplements as Bone meal and Fish bone meal and azomyte were even harder to find... i was getting pissed off ... so i said BACK 2 BASICS... when i first started with the dinafem seeds i only gave bat Guano in flowering and pelecan guano in vegging... As i made my almost free of cost decision everything in my mind started lighting up and after my quite lengthy INTRO i will proceed with detailed description of what how and when i will what i will GROW and by time get to see the results......:hump: HERE WE GO

Strain(#of plants): Great white shark(4) lemon skunk (1)
Soil: Lightmix by biobizz
Light: 400 hps sonagro
Room (in meters): GrowBox 0.8*0.8*1.6 (in two three weeks they will be transferred to room 1*1*2
Pot size: 3 gws are in 18litre pots other 2 plants are in 9l pots

Set up is simple
1 oscillating fan
1 carbon filter
1 RVK air sucker...
natural inflow of air

One week in and they have been given nothing
PLaN

Today i will add some High N guano in powder form and some worm castings on top of the soil and water...
the two in the smaller pots will be transplanted in a week just when the lights go to 12/12 and i will use a super soil mix of my own... will elaborate when time comes

I believe that new growers will find this grow journal a good start with guaranteed results and i welcome experience to add any helpful tips.
ALL Questions will be answered and everyone is free to post as long as they stay within the subject and dont trash talk...hehe

I did not post this journal in the journals page because i want new growers seeking to go organic to learn how to do so cheaply and very successfully.

In my opinion it is either subcools super soil or if u cant find the ingredients THIS...
It is very easy in my humble opinion to start going in the frenzy of nute lines and this is a very costly path which doesnt give the results it is supposed to with the same ease as simple pure organic poop does...

So in this grow POOP IS MY GOD... or PIMG

There are many types of poop and as i said im going to give my babies worm poop and high N bird poop and then water.... poop is easily found everywhere... ALWAYS Prossessed offcourse....

Going to do the job and be right back with some pics...

yesterday i sprinkled on the top of the soil of each plant about 3 full table spoons of worm castings and 1 full tablespoon of pelican guano :hump: on the 2 in the smaller pots i put about 1/3 less.

As you can see a day makes a difference and they are all picking up nicely.:hump:
enjoy

oh they're all going to be females...you can't tell!? i kid. Let them develop stronger stalks so they can handle some nice colas. Let grow a few more weeks, a month, then make your switch. Patience is key my friend!

I agree.. I'd leave them for 3-4 weeks at least if you want to get a yield half decent off them, My girl above^ is 3 weeks old and she needs at least another 2 weeks, Hope you do the right thing :) Ps/ Cheers for the good comments - STELTHY :leaf:

Poop is my Power:hump:
good genetics... poop... 400w... 28c....10%RH:cry:...watered yesterday... maybe 1 day soon:twisted:... i think in 5 days they will be ready 4 12/12 maybe i let them 5 days more so the small ones can catch up a bit but not longer.... in my humble opinion if you veg 4 too long then stems get too long and then the lower parts dont get enough light and u end up if 4-5 huge colas and lots of popcorn... so i like my plants abit shorter fatter and with a good spread of light throughout... in my humble opinion this increases yield per m2 in confined places!!

Il let them go till tomorrow without watering... and il also give again a table spoon of high N bat poop and 3 table spoons of worm poop... then il water... with the rate they are growing the two older ones could easily go into 12/12 but as i think the youngest one(lemon skunk) needs at least another week il switch to 12/12 next friday...:bigjoint:
THEY WILL GET HUGE I PROMISE:lol:

il be taking some clones of these 100%..the weakest/low stems with no real light are used.... sometimes i try to accomodate also for the corners of the room which with a plant the branches behind the cola get much less light especially the lower ones... so these i use as clones which i cut 1 week into flowering... yummy yummy

i think that all but the lemon skunk are ready for 12/12
so i will let them:leaf::leaf::leaf: 4 days more...
they will go for 9 full weeks... the lemon 8...

im going to use some purified water to water next couple of times to help some of that guano be broken down and absorbed...

I was thinking of applying some humic acid any advice on that?

for 1 gws the experiment is that instead of topping her with guano i will transplant her into a super soil of my own....

ENJOY:bigjoint:

Ps. REP for waiting the extra time before switching to 12/12 :) - STELTHY :leaf:
I think its Obvious they could have gone to 12/12 as of yesterday... but 1) the lemon sk is abit small 2) i gave extra topping of guano for the extra week... so i will switch on friday.

thanks for stopping by
