So now you have stalked me to yet another thread to troll me?
Before anyone considers believing anything tafbang says remember that he is new to growing, roughly one month of experience now, and that is by his own admission.
He started 8 plants in a chandelier. He then moved his eight plants from his chandelier into a picnic basket with just a couple inches of soil in it that is on top of a stack of books that is on top of a stool that is on top of a table to be able to keep his plants, which he is now down to 6, or fewer, at least two having already died, under the few CFLs he has in his chandelier in the center of his room.
He says uses white bedsheets for a reflective material, but in pictures of his Leaning Tower of Pisa grow you can see that at least one is some sort of jungle print. He said the temperature of his room drops to 50 degrees F at night. When his plants were two week old seedlings he claimed he could already tell the sex of the plants by the shape of the leaves.
When his plants looked wilted he placed a bar of soap in the middle of his picnic basket on top of the couple inches of soil to perk up his plants. He does not have a timer on his chandelier so he manually turns his few CFLs on and off. He went from a vegetative light cycle to a flowering light cycle and then in a day or two he went back to a vegetative light cycle because he said the flowering light cycle was; "not right" for his plants and then made up his own vegetative light cycle according to what he said he felt would be best. Most of his decisions on how to grow are based in what he feels and what he defines as being; "sexy" rather than being based in any factual growing knowledge or experience.
He asked for factual advice to help him and he rejected the advice of every single person who attempted to help him. and he then verbally abused them calling them moronic and various other things. He has repeatedly lied about the advice people gave him and what they said only so he could abuse them more and attempt to make them look foolish, in particular, me. He has taken things I have said, which were fully supported with scientific research findings, and altered what I said and embellished what I said so he could then claim it was what I actually said and then make fun of me for the lies he made up and claimed I said.
He stalked me to another thread and with message after message filled with lies he trolled me until he thoroughly messed up the thread. Finally I left in hopes that he would then stop and the thread would not be totally destroyed.
Now he has stalked me again and found me here and he will attempt to do the very same thing here with message after message that are lies and he will not stop, he will continue if I remain, and possibly even if I do not remain and if anyone else makes the mistake of telling him how wrong he is in the things he says because then he will begin to troll them too.
As much as I would enjoy to continue to explain why it is a major mistake to remove any healthy fan leaves I am not going to allow him to use me to turn another thread into a total Mongolian cluster fuck.
If I remain, it will happen, just as it has happened before. His troll nature will make sure it happens. He is the biggest troll RIU currently has. He makes Japanfreak look like a beginner when it comes to trolling.
I will not feed him again and I will not be part of his taking this thread from being bad to being unbearably horrible like he is responsible for having done before.
Congratulations Laffy Taffy, you can chalk up another win on your troll scoreboard by having driven me out of yet another thread, and this time you can put a gold star next to your additional chalk mark by having done it with a single post. I will not allow you to suck me in again so you can do what you love more than anything else, trolling and destroying threads.
Now that I will be gone if you want to repeat your prior performances and either repeat your same lies as before and claim that my now nearly 39 years of growing experience is a lie and that I am not within a month and a half of turning 56 years old and am instead a kid with a pothead father or if you want to make up new lies, that is fine with me. I will not respond to any of them.
Or of course you could attempt to act like a nice guy and hope it will make people believe I made up the things I have said about you. But anyone who has been in your thread or was in the other thread you stalked me to and trolled me in almost destroying it before I left will already know the truth about you.
With that, my part in this exchange had ended and personally I do not care in the least if the side of ignorance wins and everyone here other than Uncle Ben and myself makes the major error of removing some or all of the healthy leaves from their plants.
No matter how many people decide to make that error it will not in any way diminish my successes or reduce my yields, so frankly I do not care how many sheep and lemmings blindly and ignorantly follow in the path of those who believe the major mistake they make is the very best way to grow and who advice others to duplicate their errors. Your losses will not be my misery.
