Hi, ive been a passive viewer on this site for months and now seek advice, first let me explain my situation, i am used to using nutrients (canna a+b) and this is the first time i am using organic, i am about 5 weeks into growth after growing from seed.
When i used nutrients in the past (canna a+b in coco soil) i used it at half strength as i found using the full dose sometimes burnt the plants, i am wondering does the same rule apply for organic fertiliser? i am using Canna Vega in soil.
The reason i ask is when i first started watering a month ago i used half a dose of the organic fertiliser, but then the plants started yellowing, so then i started giving them the full dose and am pretty sure they are improving.
But i dont like to assume and would like someone to tell me if it is right to give the plants a full dose everytime, or half strength, or follow a fertilise/water/fertilise/water regime, please remember i am new to organic gardening and am seeking all the good advice i can get so please, tell me what i should know.
Also does organic fertiliser burn leaves if it gets on them whilst watering? i know nutrients do but again, i am new to organic, thank you all in advance.
