I'm not sure about the bubble gum taste either, the bubba kush ive got right now has a fuelish smell to it, but it not overwhelming like a diesel strain. it is pleasant and not too over powering. But it has a sweet underlay that i cant really put my finger on exactly what i am smelling.

I would say, It definitely doesn't have a bubble gum flavor at all.
Especially when grown right and cured.
The flavor itself admittedly is hard to describe.
I would say, a fuelish smell is more accurate.
More like fuel + a sweet pepper.
It really stands out when taken to 9 weeks.

Hey man....no not a bubble gum taste more like an earthy taste....real deep full bodied with a sweet after taste.this thread makes me wanna plant my bubba beans rite now!
my bubba doesnt have the fuel smell but sweet pepper is a good way to describe. earthy is the best i can think of. like soil.

This is the 1st grow that I've sprayed (with plain bottled water) my girls down in the morning and at night. I've NEVER had leafs like this before.
Gonna have to keep up this routine for now on.

Excellent thread u guys!!! Lovin the strain idea. I have a bunch of diffrent seeds I started for a outdoor crop and Greenhouse's Bubba Kush is one of them. My babies are 18 days old today. Veggin under a 1000 watt MH in Black Gold soil. I'm definitely subscribing and I'll keep ya posted on my Bubba. Here's a pic of them at 2 weeks.

Here are a few taken today of the one adult bubba i have. I train her using wire ties which are free at raleys...
she is under a 400 watt hps and a 400 watt mh. currently i giving her whichever nutrients i feel fit....most of the time it is GH gro and when not GH its something like age old grow, biobizz, or pura vida grow...i dont like feeding high in NPK every water...
additives are: calmag, mycorrhizal fungus, DNF gold and ph up or down as needed. I water using collected rain water in which i have a setup in the backyard.
come flower she will probably be fed all three fox farm nutrients with all three flower additives as well. flower time is when i use different nutrients for different plants and keep strict to those nutrients.
