Mylar Grow tent question

Anyone have a grow tent with the reflective mylar interior? I see on the grow tent advertisements it says 100%, but in the videos i have seen it doesnt look very reflective... How reflective is it actually? is the tent air tight? were you satisfied with it? ~ thank you

I have this one. I love it. incredibly high build quality, completely light proof, very reflective inside. 90-100% sounds reasonable

it was worth every penny. and very reasonable considering how well designed & built it is.
