Alright, many of you have made these. I still see people paying absurd amounts of $$$ for similar products. This took me 22 minutes from scratch.

Items needed:
2 y splits $3
1 plastic cabinet from Wal-Mart $39 18" deep,36" HIGH, 30" wide.
1 piece of round ducting $6
1 lamp cord, free or $2
1 2 way light bulb socket $5.
1 package of wire nuts .35c.
1 washer, friggen free, u should have some layin around.
$57 after taxes, depending on state, province, country, county,region,blah-blah

#1 This should only take 5 minutes..

#2 Drill hole in center of ducting, take 2 way lamp socket through the top of drilled hole. Drill hole in center of shelf, there are 2 if you wanna make to levels. Fit socket through shelf, use a washer to go over, then screw down with nut provided for socket.

#3 Twist lamp cord and socket together. Screw down wire nuts. Tape together if you want.

You should have something like this.

#4 Attach y splits, screw in bulbs. It should look like this by now.

#5 Run cord through the back, put shelf in.

Now you have a great little place for your girls. Plenty wide to veg a few, and add clones up top. This can be made much cheaper. But 'THIS IS HOW WE DO IT'

Im using a clip on fan (daylight savings, forgot in flower room, before lights out):wall:
PC fans for intake/outake will cut-in easily. Drill holes and add wire racks for SCROG, or Zip-Tie widow screens for NUG dryer.
Im open for suggestions or questions. Grow well, smoke well.:weed:

and there you go fditty, nice, economical setup
it is funny on some the grow chambers you see people buy for big bucks
if you want to spend it, well you can, but you don't have to

36 inches is definitely enough height for flower
been using 38 inches for my flowers for straight, untopped plants, got 35g of dry bud for one grown, looks like the 2nd will be around 28g
so a chamber like this(maybe a couple) can give all ya want
of course some do want more, but i don't live in Cali, so small grows are the deal

This is absolutely perfect for my apartment needs. Is the plastic thick enough not to glow with the doors closed?

Great job

Negative^^^ I thought about that when I purchased it. Rubbermaid makes one for$80 that is tho. Mine is in my basement, so the glow doesnt matter. I might still black it out. But right now, no need.

I live in Michigan, so im only allowed 24 plants. 12 flowering,12 vegging. So this is perfect, since my grow room is on 6x8. Think im goin to split it in half, so I can vegg 4, start 4 on top, and have a continuos harvest.
