i ordered some 5 gal bags. the sour cream takes 10-12 weeks and the moby dick is 10+ the other 2 are 8+ weeks. i figure the 5 gal should be more than enough. when i started i was not going to veg so long, but i got stoned and they got bigger.:weed: and you know the american way, "the bigger the better" here are a couple of pics.:peace:

ive seen 37 grams dry in a sog from a guy using cfls and 16oz party cups, im sure you be fine since you have 16x more root space than him... anf if you get 40 grams a plant thats 160 grams of a 400 watter, not bad..

i grew a four foot tall plant in a one gallon pot... the only thing i can say about it was the buds were a little fluffy foxtail buds.

I used 2 gallon pots for my first 2 grows, and ended up with some nice-yielding 4' plants. Then I switched to 5 gallon pots and got the same results, except that i used more soil. So, I settled on 3 gallon pots, and plan to use them for now on. I would've stuck with the 2 gallon pots, but I needed more anyway, so i went with the 3 gallon pots because they hold moisture a little longer. My grow room hangs around 85* sometimes, and the 2 gallon pots would need watered almost every day, whereas the bigger pots extend it by a day. Anyway...as long as you keep them fed properly, the 2 gallon pots will work perfectly. :)

It depends how long you veg for .your going to have better results in a five gallon pot vegged for six weeks or so compared to a one gallon veged for the same.more root more fruit

You're going to be watering a bit more often op. And it's gnat season. I top dress with perlite and keep airflow high enough to ruin any gnats attempt at a good time in my tent.

2g worked well for my autos. I put them in 3g this summer and I'm paranoid about running out of room. They bushed out, I tied them together and they still won't chill. Only difference is that extra g in the pot.
