well lets put it like this Im in florida lol
I just think this is a bad idea all together. What about the yearly inspections, Fire marshals, plus if you are renting the warehouse wont the building owner be stopping by from time to time. Let alone even talking about something that big on this site is sketchy in my opinion.

Yea I think soil will work to but I will have to make some kind of trays for the plants b/c when flushing time comes along moving all those plants are a pain in the ass

No there is a hallway that leads upstairs to the living quarters and the hallway has a door to the warehouse bay
Just make some timber frames and line them with pond liner so it don't piss out onto the floor.

Is this going to be perpetual?
Will it be a one off grow?

didnt u rent this warehouse? so therefor u still do have a londlord checking up on you
yea Iam going to rent it and no when you rent a warehouse its not let like a house remember a warehouse is normally a place where a business is being run out of so the landlord doesnt come into your place of business month after month

well if you dont know what your doing maybe and there are no fire inspections in a warehouse and the warehouse owners dont check up on the place remember its a place of business not a house

this OP is a liar, no one could get 5 lights in a rental house without going to jail.
Buddy if you dont know what you are talking about please dont comment b/c I have run 6 lights in a house before and even have add central a/c and remodeled the inside of houses to fit my needs and here i am and have friends that have done it as well the secert of not going to jail is do it right and close you mouth

good idea I will think about that and i normally grow two crops where ever I rent 3 months each then move on on this one I dont know maybe 3 months and then I will think about buying it from the owner he has told me if I wanted to lease with opinon to buy

Yea I diff. dont do too much business with the banks lol

I would say like 10

Man CO2 would definitely help your plants. You would probably need a 6 burner CO2 generator and a monitor/controller. By the way, I live in a neighboring city to rancho. Cool idea to rent out a warehouse.

I was just reading up on some info really thinking of doing a coco grow instead of hydro its supposed to be ease of use like soil just with better results Im liking it just need to be better informed before I spend money on a grow without knowing much about the process if anyone has grown with coco please chime in with details

Budheavy thanks for the info never have used c02 thinking about it duh and Im in florida lol I just wrote that b/c I saw it on the movie friday lol

something you need to think about-

1. buildings that have an automatic fire sprinkler system SHALL have a monitored fire alarm system- NFPA (National Fire Protection Act)
2. all commercial properties that have an automatic fire sprinkler system SHALL be annually inspected- NFPA
3. all commercial buildings having an attatchment to a municipal water supplly SHALL have a backflow preventer valve installed on all taps-NBC (National Builders Code)
4. all automatic fire sprinkler systems SHALL have a backflow preventer valve installed on all taps- NFPA
5. all backflow preventer valves SHALL be inspected annually, by a licensed and certified individual- NFPA
6. all monitored fire alarm systems SHALL be tested and inspected annually- NFPA
7. all fire extinguishers shall be inspected and maintained on an annual basis- NFPA

so thats 3 completely unrelated inspections per year on a commercial building, every year.
hope you got a big handfull of bribe money.....

i normally used vita link. which i get good results with. also try some top shooter gel for the last week of flowering. it is a bit expensive but its brilliant stuff. even the small popcorn buds come out massive.

Yeah, I think this grow is gonna put you in jail. I'm not trying to be a dick, its just an honest opinion. They don't take this shit lightly down south where we are. I don't think you should grow in a warehouse. Just rent a property and renovate the whole house to grow in. Make it somewhere secluded though.

well thanks for the opinion but I think I know what im doing been growing for over 2 years now and I am not saying something cant happen in the future but very hard when nothing is in your name they would have to catch me in the place
