Im a mmj patient and im allowed to grow 6 plants. 3/veg 3/flower. Im trying to figure out a way to maximize my yield. Im thinking lst but not sure if there is another way. I cant do sog cause of my six plant limit. is there any way to yield a half pound or more per plant indoors. I would like to be constantly producing also. any help is much appreciated.

Yes you can yeild 1/2 lb to 1lb per plant. But you will need a hell of a system. If this is the first time you will run into problems and you will most likely not get it perfect. The more lumens the more weight. Co2 will increase the rate of growth and imo the potency. Method of growing will make a difference as well. Yes you may need to cut hole. Hang out here and read everything. Thats where you want to start. Sometimes if you try to go to big the first time you may get fruastrated and want to quit. I started out with a 250w MH and worked my way up. I found that the more light the more challenging it is to be successful. Goodluck!

Keeping the light as close as you can w/o burning the plant is always a great start. At the moment my 1000w hps is about 6 inches from my girlies. The closer the plant the bigger the bud (says Seemorebuds 
) If your growing in soil use Blackstrap unsulphured Molasses during flower. It acts as carbohydrates and supposed to give your girlies a lil more sugar

I was planning on using a single 600w mh for veg and a singe 600w hps flowering. their will be three plants in veg and three in flower at all times. do you think this is too much or not enough for three plants. Also I have read a bunch on here and haven't found anything on how to set up intake and exhaust without cutting holes. This will be in an apartment and the landlords would flip if I drilled holes. thanks

knowing the layout would be helpful but...
if you just need to make a hole in drywall that's no big deal... fix the hole when you move out
if your only option is to go straight out to an outside wall i guess that depends on what kind of wall it is.... and that will be tougher to fix... and hide during your stay

awesome info. so after reading that it seems like I could I could use 2 six in fans one that hangs from the ceiling and attach a hose and expell it form under the door. Then attach a filter to the second fan taking fresh air from under the door from the other room and use a hose to expell the air to the other side of the closet and use a third fan to blow on the plants. the intake and exhaust will be coming from and to the bedroom where the door leads. Does this sound right?
wouldn't that take ten months or longer to get a plant that tall while doing lst?
I only have one bathroom so I can't use it.
Im very new to this I wouldn't know the first thing about setting up a grow tent. All the info ive found is on closets or rooms.

You can always make a room inside of a room. Or you can spend a couple bucks on a tent. You'll get it! Write things on paper and you ideas should come to you.

There are plenty of DIY threads here. I would try an aeroponic system they are very cheap to make with a little bit of common sense and build a grow cabinet or two. And I would save one of your plant slots for a mother. with aeroponics you get more yeild from less plant and you don't have to veg your plants. So you could keep a mother and use the aero systems for bud only. And if you wanted to veg them you can and they will get huge fast.
