Looking good man. I was just browsing over some old pc cases i got-cuz of you-

I wouldnt worry about the LST hurting them. I'm no pro either, but i LST'd the shit outta mine at ALL stages from 2" and up thru flower and back. Everything BUT the lst seemed to hurt them. Im gna LST most mine from now on, they seem to love it!

Well, time to read back thru your 6 pages and see how youve got the temps and such monitored. thanks for keeping us posted!

on the temps, haven't been posting that info, but i have measured it a few times
seeing a low of 60F and a high of 72F over 24 hours - might be a little cool, but better than too hot i guess

another small step forward, guess that kind of fits the micro theme
the jock horror has come back a bit, the mistreated clone is so so
but this 2nd clone was left to its own for 10 days, that couldn't have helped
so just the horror and the nl clone, the LSTed clone next time

Hey Growone... 56 days with that little growth seems way to long could be that the root system isnt all that strong yet being a clone so make you a humidity dome and feed them through the leaves for a while...also the coldness is probably stunting the growth so get the temp up...right now i think your best bet is to probably use your grow tube and 2/3 lights to get them established and then if you wanted you could try the pc case again also if your using old cfls you might want to get some new ones since their efficiency has probably diminished significantly Good luck and keep us updated

yeah cypress, i've been working a lot of issues
been suspecting the temps may be a little on the low side
however, there is one positive trend here
the clone in the larger pot is throwing out some bulk
i do plan on a change, hopefully a few more days

no offense taken, this has been a very tough slog
and the titles here don't mean much, just been posting \learning for a bit
2 of these are clones that rooted real slow, 1st clones so glad they took
and the micro growing has been tough, here's my last grow, where i live too big could have some downsides
so i shrank everything

hell yeah homie.. i was satisfied from it.. my current grow is a bit of a upgrade in size in all aspects... more plants.. over 300 watts and two 18 gal rubbermaids... its gonna be fun... i dont plan on smoking any of it till 4 20 of next year... yeild is important this time around... the only shitty part is i have REALLY shitty soil.. hardly any perilite and no nutes... its gonna be a fun ride and one hell of a surprise with what i end up with... i 'm gonna stay up with this thread... i just scribed...

yeah... something i noticed about the micro growing is that if you dont have everything perfect it takes a big toll on them... temps air circulation lights at a close range... all kinds of shit... this current grow is my first time trying to grow a big plant, but micro growing was pretty hard... i learned a lot from it... i think my final dry yeild was a lil over half of an 1/8th... and yes it was worth it... are those clones or from seeds?

300 watts - it would be nice to grow with those watts
i'm going to have to keep it small yet for a while - but NY could go MM real soon, kind of waiting it out
what's the soil? hope it won't bite you, but you don't have to have the best soil - many grow with MG and get good results

2 clone, 1 seed - the 1 clone seems to be picking up a little speed
in spite of my troubles, i'm still glad to be doing the micro
this is the size that i'm comfortable with, and eventually i hope to learn the tricks i need

hellz yeah... the thread is in my sig... i havent updated it today with my new wattage plans so feel lucky you found out first...lol... the soil is the cheapest biggest bag i could find at wal mart... i think i paid a lil over 2 bucks for like a 25 pound bag of soil.. not a wise investment... im gonna go back to mg organics when i get the money...

Am i too freaking high, or i have just read some posts, that you are not using a humidity dome..did u even use one at the start...i find them most useful, and many clones of mine had started their life in those home-made domes of mine....

yo growspace - actually did use a humidity dome on one of them, kept it on for about 2 weeks
tell you the truth, couldn't really see the difference, my better clone didn't have one
i think my bigger problem was pushing the clones too close to the light too soon
things seemed to go downhill from that point, but now are finally improving - after a very long time
i'd say it took a good 5 weeks to root one these, pot temps probably weren't the best, maybe in the mid to high 60's

quite the changes in the last few days, better than before anyways
clone throwing up some veg, color is still not quite right, but is improving
these roots must have taken forever to take
lost color in the leaves when i shoved plant close to light, sign of small roots

and the horror has improved, it did not like that small pot
when i popped it out, it was root bound!
a 1 inch plant filled up a pint pot? that doesn't seem possible

the sides are the 'white' sides of the pc case
foil is pretty far away from plant/bulb, but yeah, it can burn - i don't think it's hurting me
i've got some white painted foil that i was going to replace it with - strangely, foil spray paints real nice, paint sticks good to it

yeah, i was hoping to keep eyes to the center, away from my 'ghetto foil', oh well, bound to get caught sooner or later

if it wasn't for the length of time, i'd be happy with the grow
been an interesting mix of problems
1 has been getting the clone(s) to take off
maybe not a problem, maybe just a slow rooting clone
but she's happier, still a bit of bronze color in the leaf
but more green is showing every day, and here she is

now the jock horror, that was a problem, f'ing small pot
this thing is exploding now, i'm going to start LST tomorrow
i hope that the number of days may help here
wondering if all those days will hasten its maturity when flowered?
