Ya that looks nice, go for the deluxe package so you have all the right light spectrums. $270 and it will pay for itself surely :)

don't use cfl - use a 400watt "hortilux blue" metal halide for veg and flowering ($200 with digital balast from hidhut). if you want to use cfl for seedlings, 1 23watt daylight in a $6 walmart clamp reflector per seedling will grow them for about two weeks but then you will need the hortilux. The hortilux has the same light quality as the cfls but also the intensity/"penetration" you need to really grow past seedlings.

aye you can use the hps for veg and flower you know.
I personally would use 6500k cfls for veg and a 400 hps and the 6500 cfls for flower.

Maybe 200.00 usd for a good beginer setup.

Post a link to a 400 watt with the ballast. everyone keeps saying it's cheaper and then post dead links. The cool thing about that stealth cfl lamp is it has 3 recepticals built in and the cover with the lamps.

is that stealth a good setup with the deluxe ? or is there anything out there that ppl can recommend for the same price ... im using 4 cfls right now for 2 3 week old babies ( started from seed .. germinated )

Im using the exactly samething. there about to go 1 month old soon. I i got 4 42 watt cfls 2600 lumen output. there hooked on v plugs going directly 3 inches over my plants.
