Medical Dx for Washington Green Card

On this subject, I would like to add a question. This being, I’m a Washington state resident. Had cancer about 4 years ago, it's in intermission. Since that, I have suffered from depression, anxiety. if I was in California that would meet the criteria, but WA legislature ruled against depression Dx for Green Card. is it reasonable to say that the post severe cancer depression/anxiety Dx would suffice per state law or in the doctors” recommendation”?

Your cancer is in intermission? Ok... :)

Just make up some chronic pain if you don't have one and see a doc for pain meds for that a couple of times. Back pain, kink in your neck, whatever...

Then you contact a pot doctor to get approved based on that history of chronic pain, or whatever other chronic condition qualifies. I would think cancer would qualify in REMISSION or not.

You had cancer? Did the chemo give you any neuropathy, by chance? If they give weed for chronic pain, then I think neuropathy could get you some.

judge only what you know, i thank everybody for their "opinions"
We are not judging you bro. We are just stoners and thats what we do, laugh at life. If you don't you will miss out on the fun part.

I think you best bet is to contact the THC foundation they can certainly help you and I believe you can easily get your card. Good luck :peace:

Thats the point of the THC foundation they connect doctors and patients. Helps promote privacy in the medical community.

Hey, babe. Who's judging? :( It should be legal for any purpose. No judgement, just trying to help. Plus the 'intermission' flub was kind of funny. ;)
