Be safe out there...

Day 4 of Snowmaggedon here. Another 1"-2" overnight. Gonna tally 27" in total here at the Shanty from this storm. Pushed the snowpack from 90% to 114% of normal for the date for this River Basin. Hopefully we'll see a few more rounds and stay in the normal to above normal range before "Winter" is over. Time will tell. This state needed this drink though. Good stuff.

I used a bunch of leftover stuff,
Cup of white cheddar
Mustard
nutmeg,
4 tbsp of butter
Packet of 8 brioche buns that were a bit stale, diced
1.5 Onions,
Parsley,
Half packet of prosciutto,

I use this bechamel recipe Bechamel. And put half a cup of cheddar, 2 eggs, and a little more nutmeg in a bowl and whisked, then added the dice the bread up and covered with enough bechamel to coat it evenly when tossed.

Caramelized the onions with lots of butter and sliced the prosciutto.

Then I put the soggy bread/egg mixture in a greased 13x9, added the onions and prosciutto in an even layer, sprinkled another half cup of cheese over it and baked for 25 minutes covered, and 15 uncovered on 400, middle rack.

Photo Dump Alert:
Decided to hack down the Purple Lemonade Auto today. Considering this little thing was in a Stealth Box (18”x18”x36”), I’m happy with the outcome of this experiment. The buds are enormous.
Did a check on GP20 and she’s just keepin’ on keepin’ on. Was worried about vpd because the weather has been all over the place so basement humidity has been fluctuating, but keeping around 1.18-1.25. Some variegation on the leaves, but she’s overall happy. Need her to start fattening like her purple neighbor.
Hope y’all had a great Paddy’s. Sorry for the image dump
