No reason for that high of EC.
Lots of studies to prove this done on basil, which is often considered a "high EC" crop.

I concur, I rock with a 1.6-1.8 EC veg and 2.0-2.2 EC bloom. IDK why some of these fertilizer companies suggest 3 EC like Athena it's just weird. I mean hopefully the commercial growers keep it up cause their weed is not good. lol

show be a fruiting plants results ill be more impressd

lettuse is leaf not bud

and yes i know about the depreciating terps and yields and wieght due to Higher feeds

this is the week these plants get fed the most

and my entire program starts out at 600ppm for clones and by the time they make it into 4in grodan cubes they are eating 1200 ppm a day with top offs at the end of theday as teh last feeding.

the idea is not to overfeed but to feed a set volume of nutrients by wight over a week then increase that volume, actually fertigation or amount of water doesn't change the volume load of nutrients by wieght for the week as we top off tanks with RO

They are probably eating that much, because you are not feeding them often enough. Your EC is bobbing up and down, when it should be as consistent as possible. Clearly whatever your doing is causing an issue with your leaves, so the plant will be forced to redirect energy to either repair or destroy those leaves, which is causing them to be a "sink" instead of a "source". No wonder you see benefits with defloiation, your leaves are damaged anyway, so you might as well remove them.

Seems like you think you got it all figured out and won't take any advice, so I will stop giving any.

lol

2610 microsemens is about 2.7.2.8E.C, at 1300 PPMs
Yes 1300 ppm at 0.5 scale is exactly 2.6 EC, not "about 2.7.2.8E.C" 2610 µS/cm is 2.61 EC.

fridays before the teas it was 1300 at a .5 rate.

This weeks rates are around 1800 so a little low on ec but thats why the pk spike.today
Your current "rates" are 3.6 EC. You are frying your plants. You gave ppms values and want to talk about EC.

This is true, if i could hand feed 5-6 time a day i would, only a short peroid of time now before automation...

Lol, i cant work with equipememt and tools i dont have...

Lol... cant create infrastructure where it doesnt exist.

Got to make lemomade

All that money and gadgets and they still look like shit.

Say what you want about having 2 plants I spend 20 minutes a day tops. You’re spending 84 hours a week. So
Its my job, ill let the licensee know we need to switch to 2 plants for my sanity. Good advice.
