First of all, all comments/criticism welcome!

I was curious what one household bulb could do and searched online but couldn’t find anything, so I figured I’d give it a whirl myself!

This grow will be 12-12 from seed (Cannatonic from Resin Seeds)


- 2 gallon pot with miracle grow soil
- 16watt 2700k screw in bulb
- 1x1x2 cardboard box
- probably no nutrients
- untreated tap water

My Prediction: I probably won’t make it to harvest due to this being stupid and me scrapping the “experiment”

Well I decided to toss this disgusting gnat-infested, train wreck of a fuck up. I now realize why nobody has tried to grow a plant like this... Jefferson sent me some of his InzaneSkittlez almost two months ago so I’m going to try one of them now.

Lol I saw a video where some guy grew a plant start to finish under a 9 watt led strip. But I guess they could have lied about it and had more light, only yielded like 4 grams. But yeah I would have ditched that too, just not worth the effort

Definitely stupid lol, my wife doesn’t want me to have more then four plants at a time as well so that made my decision pretty easy haha

So I definitely “fimmed” it, there’s like 6 new shoots coming out the top.
I trimmed off fan leaves and lower growth, I will likely wait 5-10 days until it is growing strong again and then flip.
I also took a clone in case I want to keep this one going : )

Doing ok, I got some mosquito dunks for the gnats. I’ve noticed it seems a little droopy since using them..

I will if these dunks don’t work, most posts I read about them seems as if they do work. I’ve been trying to use the shop vac on them. Only problem is I suck up branches by accident lmao!
