I take it stem root is not hereditary.. Its just from getting too wet??
Generally yes. Although you can have an outbreak, that'll spread like ebola.
If you're feeding from a reservoir, mix new feed hand water until you find the source. You gotta be a nurse with things like this.
Id start by cleaning your reservoir, pumps and feed lines. Might even be better buying brand new pumps and feeders.
Take your plant out of your space for a while and sterilize your grow area. Start with a clean area.
Once you have cleaned your area, only hand feed your plants and wait until they get better.
Dry your container a little too.
If i did all these things, and the problem persisted, id be suspecting my water source!!!
Might be worth using a little h2o2, or some sort of chemical. Someone else could probably give you great advice on what to use, as i think prevention is always better than a cure. Ive had 1 or 2 problems with it indoors. Just discarded them, and sterilized my space before it spread.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.
Tim.

Also check for light leaks, in your reservoir etc.

Its not light leaks, because mylar was blocking light from my gro-dan cubes.
Ok but, follow the steps and i think youll find the source. I think you need to find the source of the problem, besides treating it. Otherwise you're gonna be chasing your tail.
