I germinated 3-5 at a time, as I only have so much room to use. Only 2 of the seeds germinated successfully. Maybe 20 were replaced, as per their guarantee. 1 of these germinated. In summary, out of more than 40 seeds, nearly $300.00, I got 3 plants. I've been growing for 20+ years. In soil and Hydro. I know what I'm doing. I took pictures of every seed in germination tray, from the beginning until I finally gave up on that group and started another 3-5. It took nearly a year to get maybe a little more than 1 oz of product. Never again from these people.

Thanks for the heads-up. I get all my seeds from MSNL and not only have luck with them passing through customs but usually 95% germination rates.

I wonder if your seeds went through some type of food sterilization/radiation?
In the letters I wrote to them, when returning non-germinating seeds, I brought up that possibility. Unfortunately, they never responded to any of the letters and returns I sent. They did replace most of those that did not germinate the first try, but none of those germinated either. I was very pleased to get the first replacements. The problem is I can get as many old, nonfertile seeds as I want, for free.

Hi Rick Taylor,

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience at ILGM. Could you send me a private message containing your order number so I can look in to your situation and how this was handled?
We don't like to see unhappy customers and I'm sure we can do something for you to work this out and give you a successful harvest this year. :)

Hi Tracy. I do not know how to send a pm from this thread, so I'll summarize. We've communicated before. It started with order #'s 134102 & #94703. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that if no seeds germinated, then you replace double the order. (You can choose between a direct reship, or doubling the non-germinated seeds on your next order (rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5). This did not happen. The only successful germination was 2 AK47 out of 6 and 1 Goldleaf. None of the others even germinated. I hope you can help me on this, as I need to order some seeds from somewhere reliable. Thanks again.

I had 3 for 3 with ilgm sour d fem. Got 3 and only started 1, was some excellent stuff. I kept the other 2 in storage for about a year, they both germinated just the other day. In fact all of them germinated in less than 48hrs.. ILGM recommends 24hr presoak then direct sow. I used the presoak then the wet paper towel because I like to have confirmation that the bean has germinated.

What method are you using to germinate? Maybe they have a bad batch..

ILGM was excellent in their response to my post. The fact that they even bothered to acknowledge, publicly, that a customer had a problem was impressive. I didn't expect anything to come of this post except maybe some personal relief getting to vent in public. Imagine my shock when I see their response, within 11 days of posting. I have received a replacement order for the seeds already and am totally satisfied and very pleased with their quick response. I've gone from totally pissed off to now looking forward to having a wonderful 2018 growing season. They have proven to me that they are a good company, with products they stand behind, and that's all I could ever ask for as a consumer. Thanks Stacy and ILGM.

I have bought from ilgm 4 times and the first 2 times it took 10 days and the next 2 7 days..how much faster could you ask for? Also...out of 55 seeds all but 3 germinated...and they replaced those 3...they may be better seed banks out there but until they prove it I'll be using ILGM.....

Great too hear these reviews as i just ordered almost $200.00 worth of beans from ILGM and some of the others reviews ive read anout ILGM were scaring the hell out of me ,, !! Not too mention i already sent seed Pharm in Canada $100.00 and now im fighting too get refunded as we speak!! As ive recieved Notta from them and they wont answer my emails now,, They answered quickly before i purchased my beans but now its been almost 22 days since shipped and still no beans now no response from them at all!!

Whats up guys and gals we'll recieved beans today from Canada" Seed Pharm "And i was so dissappointed as they arrived crushed into itty bitty pieces" im guessing a sweet customs agent crushed my MJ beans too shit...However i did still manage too find 4 out of 13 that survived this smashing, They were all tiny seeds that survived and my guess is the only reason they did,, So lets now hope they pop so its not a total waste.....Plus id love too laugh a bit at the agent who missed the tiny 4..

aussie border force takes the seeds and writes you a nice letter about importing them even though ungerminated seeds arent illegal to have, only when they are germinated. not as low on the evolutionary scale as Canadian customs by the sound of it.

good for you . i have had 5 or 6 replies to my seeds being sent to a country (USA) when I'm in aus. $340 for seeds and been told tough titties. my fault even when they provide a guarantee for delivery. received lots of platitudes but no resolution scammed again..
