day 42 of flowering for the BB

day 36 since sprouting for the grape ape

aero res
pH 5.8http://rollitup.org/t/high-pressure-aeroponics.956723/page-5
ppm 610
temp 68f

The BB should be good to chop around 55-65 days so not too much longer in the veg tent for the grape ape. (I have to keep the veg tent open because there is too much shit in it and they're stinkin up the house)

day 43 of flowering for the BB

day 37 since sprouting for the grape ape

aero res
pH 5.7
ppm 700 <== increased concentration
temp 68f

so I added about 30 more grams of MC yesterday because when I topped off the res it ended up being less than 500ppm. I let it run for a while with the decreased concentration.

I'm going through about 3-4 gallons a day. I've been following the rule of "50/50"? Where when you have added enough water since changing to make up 50% of the solution that it is time to change the res.

Day 47 of flowering for the BB

Day 41 since sprouting for the grape ape, since the BB is still about two weeks (or more) away from finishing I gave all of them a good pruning. After a few days I plan on topping all branches again (except for the male).

aero res
pH 5.7
ppm 520
temp 68f

water level is falling, pH is rising, EC is falling

I think I'm going to change the res either tomorrow or Thursday. The reason the EC is falling so quickly is because I've got a large biomass to initial reservoir volume ratio.

What are your plans for the "boy"?
IDK yet, since the genetics are unproven I just kept it to observe and see what it would do. Probably going to cut it down, no interest in making seeds. I'm going to pop humble pie right before the grape apes go into the flower tent. I hope to find something truly fire in the humble pie and just grow that for a while, but keep a cut of the best "grape ape". Not really sure what it is.

Day 49 of flowering for the BB

Day 43 since sprouting for the grape ape

aero res
pH 5.6
ppm 800
temp 68f

Got the cloner cleaned out and ready, for when I transplant the grape apes to the flower tent, I'll take a few cuts from each plant and thin them out when they root.

I'm trying to get a couple mom plants going in dirt eventually, never grown in dirt, but been reading about bonsai mums. Haven't bought anything yet, just going to keep them under cfls or something.
