Figured that but seems there is no rhyme or reason, sometimes I get the option buttons to insert as "thumbnail" or "full image" and others I don't, pictures taken with same device, pulling form same file location, just not getting recognized as an image. Is there a size limit for inserting images?
iPhone android or what’re you using ?

Hey dude, how's the seeded plant doing?
Doin well, hairs turned brown and are receeding on polinated branches, perhaps some others too. I need better control/containment/distance for growing out and selecting males. Pretty sure i got pollen on other parts than intended and there is the possibility of a bit of open pollenation too so ?

It’s probably because you’re on your phone
I’ve noticed photo uploading on phones is exceptionally wonky

Have you tried a pc ?
Yes, that worked fine in the past I was also resizing (changing resolution) and file sizes were less, I might just try reducing the resolution on the camera/phone tomcut file size. Seems it will allow me to insert a pic or two with it per post and at 3 meg a piece they can take a wile tomload anyway. I'll let you know if anything works, thanks for the help.

IDK I've never tried to make seeds before, though I've read that cross contamination is very possible unless great care is taken because pollen is easily carried around the grow room under normal conditions. I don't think it's a big deal, because you'll just end up with some more seeds to grow out which is what you wanted. :weed:

Thanks for tag SSG...
I like how you have a big pile of towels right there, ready to rock.
So if you spilled a poop ferment, you'd be golden ahahah
No but really,
I really think you're gonna love frass.. its like playing with elk duds and sat's at the same time, with no wait and no work.

Cool how you add the roots though.. I dig that. Hope you get some killer results from this !!
The cap has fallen.
Two pics attached (.072333.jpg) shows a mark where the cap was yesterday and there is no separation of layers today all equalized to the same sg. Ph dropped from 6.6 to 5.4 I dont expect it to go to the 3.8 suggested for aem-1 and at this point this is ready to mix and use, it could go a little longer, but I use my nose to tell me if it goes bad and it can pretty quick, like within a couple of days. Earthy or sweet with a touch of animal ass smell is good, sour or bitter on back of toung bad. Can go back and look but this one took about 3 days, a little quick, but temps were good so not unexpected it finished a litter quicker.

Yeah I'm good with it, if I get a random fire strain out of it all the better. I'd like more control but variety the spice of life.

Looks good, definitely looks like there's been some pollen flying around :) You should start seeing some seed pods forming within a week or so.

Oh man that looks nasty! But I appreciate the updates and R&D big time..

here's a bit on frass just to show its power and amazing plethora of benefits one more time, just in case the lady is harping about the poopy jars, which mine does if I use any kitchen stuff for the garden lol!!

@ttystikk, in regards to Diatomaceous Earth and efficacy, going on 2 exactly 2 weeks since application. The pluses and minuses are kind of intermixed. It persists in the area and is difficult to clean, during this time it has been working to reduce the ambient bug population in the shared area (garage). Several cleanups and it remains in the cracks and crevices that I cannot clean, these are cracks and crevices that make nice homes for insects.

Respiratory protection N95 at a minimum during soil mixing, cleanup (wet only). Dusting tight fitting or positive pressure HEPA filtered or supplied air, dust suit head covering and shower and change area. That's about the most brief safety talk ever so if an one has questions pm me or just post here.

Speaking of cleaning up gave them another bath today just spray with 10 drops dr. Bonners per gallon pH'd water.

R&D is kind of expanding the definition of the term if you're applying it here:lol:
pH pen was out of cal, gonna have to rip the maintenance department on that:fire:

Thats why I don't rely fully on the measurement when fermenting, it's more about smell and appearance/action.:peace:

I would say R&D applies, you going innnn!!

ahaha maintenance dept, slacking here too they are, but for real though. agree 100%.. gotta use the 6 senses including one's intuition when building .. never know when something could be a bit funky / off !

Put a few more seeds in for germination. Another Blue Ripper cross, BR x Blue Pyramid, saved 5 for the party cup challenge tho @GroErr . BR clones look like they might be starting to reveg. Going to try MegaCrop on them at least until I get the rockwool into dirt. Its exciting tomsee the different development on the seeded branches, mostly receeded hairs, plump swolen bracts. Ordered some uv and red leds for the lab cab, it's where the cup excitement will be hapening.

@DonTesla Going to be doing a germination experiment with ryegrass from tomorrow until after the eclipse. Basically will be planting daily to see if there is a differnce in growth or production.

Nice, that BR x BP is on my list when I can get back to popping them, only about 3 weeks now, heading south on Sunday for a couple of weeks so I've been on a self-imposed seed popping break, hands are shaking ;)

Well, since posting this the other day

https://www.rollitup.org/t/there-is-a-crack-in-everything.927520/page-6#post-14013973

I guess I brought it on myself

Down one more in the cab. The BR x PL I pollinated showed signs of herm. I run F1s because I like to see and experience the differences, I also do not have the best of environments so that will exacerbate this plants natural tendancies to procreate via self pollination. So don't feel sorry for me. This was my first pollen chuck, will do things differently next time, like clone, grow out, then pick instead of doing it on the fly.

On a more positive note...

MT x BR progeny seem to be coming along. It's broken knuckle is healing nicely, another I broke on bubbles gift, is going to need support from here on out, but the aloe vera treatment is a great remedy for my clumsiness and probably saved it.

Sorry to hear about the issues with that one BR x PL, sometimes its difficult to find the source, if no others did then it's likely something in that F1 line, the unfortunate part of running untested progeny's :(

On the other hand everything in there is looking good and the MT x BR cross definitely took!

@GroErr if you need me post pics I probably can (and will) 6 of 7 BR x BP sprouted tails and went in dirt. I saved the best looking ones for the cup. The BRxPL I have left looks like the little brother of BR that grew up bigger and stronger. The BR is developing in smell

@JSB99 , @dstroy
code for my humidity controls
