I would usually never double post something but i realized this is a possibly much better location. If the mods so choose please remove the one in general growing.

So Michigan is about to kick off their new dispensary laws soon if I'm not mistaken. I'm looking for a two year resident/care giver to partner with as that's a prerequisite I don't qualify for alone. Must have zero bankruptcy or felony issues. If you drink frequently, don't consider yourself highly intelligent, are unwilling or unable to take orders/be second or third in command, or will have trouble staying strictly within legal guidelines i wish you the best but you aren't my guy! Feel free to comment or pm any inquiries or helpful information! Looking to be in the grand rapids area i believe unless someone has a better suggestion.

I'm the money.

Man lots of negativity.. I'm not a bad person. You can see it that way or you can see it like this, i have the capital and i need a resident, the resident has a caregiver license and he needs a facility. It's called being partners as i already stated. And let's be honest here, there are alot more caregivers in mi than there are people with money to open a dispensary so ya I'm going to be picky. I want the best partner i can find. So somebody that is cool with me having the final say (which I'm always very open to suggestions anyway) and someone with their head on their shoulders right??! So you got me all wrong bud. I'm looking to make somebody rich and happy. Imagine waking up and heading to your job at a 500-1500 plant grow, that doesn't sound like a person being pimped out to me.

Lmao!

If someone is a legal caregiver and a good grower why the hell would they want a boss. They person with the skills should have the final say. I have refused everyone who has tried to go into business with me so far. The are always only concerned about money. Usually not even bright enough to understand quality.

I suggest you just learn to grow.

What are your plans? How much capital do you have? Do you have any existing connections to any medical outlets that have been operating in the state the last 5-6 years? Where did you acquire this capital and will it pass the states sniff test? It wont be enough to simply have money and begin pumping out product, this market is going to be intense for the cultivation end, simply because of the way the regulations are structured. Will you be able to gain a processing license as well?
Where are you from?

Dude can't even posses plants, he NEEDS someone that can, comes online begging and saying he's going to be barking "orders" to the guy who has all the plants and the grow facility, LOLZ!!!

No, growing 1500 plants so you can lowball me on the price, then I get to watch you take advantage of patients at your shady dispensary by selling $20 grams and giving free pre-roll joints of shake acting like you're doing a service to patients sure as fuck doesn't sound like a "dream job" to me.

Are you smoking meth?

I have an operational facility fully equipped, electrical, municipal, fire, and police inspected. I only need to know how much this facility will earn per finished unit?

This entire statement is based on speculation and some deep seeded resent within yourself. I'm not begging, i don't bark orders, and i would be the guy with the facility and the plants.. Have a good day bud, move along.

What you are looking for, is to employ a Grower.....
A Caregiver, is an entirely different occupation.
The Michigan law says i must have a caregiver of two years on my staff and a resident of two years as part owner. I am the grower so while i don't need that it would be beneficial of course. Hence i am looking for one person to fulfill all the above, a resident caregiver of at least two years.

These are all questions I'm happy to answer more precisely if you are actually inquiring and not just tossing that out there. Don't really want to release personal information to some of these trolls that don't even qualify yet still have alot to say... Yes my money is legal and i have enough to buy a facility or land and build, all equipment, licenses, and cover operating expenses. My calculation is this will cost around Five hundred to six hundred grand over the first year largely due to licensing and outfitting/buying the facility. I do not see any reason i cannot aquire a growing, processing, and dispensary license allowing me to keep everything except lab testing in house (which is not allowed anyway) I am hoping to incorporate everything into one facility to avoid using the mandated couriers as much as possible. I was under the impression that any operation over the last five years is technically illegal?! I do not have contact with anybody in the state which is why I'm reaching out here. I'm from Chicago. I don't do anything illegal so i don't mind to give that information. Maybe i should go open a fucking mcdonalds you all are mean. Lol

youll need more than 5-600k for all of that. The real estate markets in places that have opted in have skyrocketed. You could get away with a cultivation facility with that low of capital, but there is no quaranteeing youll make it through any net losses experienced during the infancy of set up here. Reason i asked if you had any existing connections, is even tho they were “illegal” many of the prominent outlets will get licenses..having a connection to these folks will be invaluable..since they are the only ones able to buy and retail a growers product. With this tiny market....well...

I suggest working on changing the laws where you live. They could use some help. We have plenty of growers here and most of them with half a brain are not interested in huge production grows. Personally I would love to see the laws fixed to help small farmers stay in business.

I believe the small farmers only hope in michigan is the “micro business” license in the MIlegalize bill, assuming thats probably going to pass a vote. I too would prefer the regulatory capture and laws favoring larger producers to not exist.

How much will a grower collect with one unit delivered?
Is there a monthly/weekly sales limit?
is there a possession weight limit for growers?

I really only need to know what one unit delivered will earn.
would anyone consider the venture without knowing profit margins?

better yet, anyone able to convince the system participants that cultured artificial seeds verified pathogen/virus/fungi free
and traditionally planted by any personnel- are the best option for starting the seed to sale tracking, mass growing,
clone/cutting/mother elimination ?
