how mutc wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

but seriously its bugger all per litre. just checked the website and they say 0.3mL per litre so I'd go 0.2 since those greedy fuckers will want you to use as much as possible so you buy more.

Here's a little trick me old mate:

I only use it at 0.1 mL on seedlings and 2ml when they get a bit bigger

Tariff 41 would be off peak 1,usually between 12 am and 6am that's what you HW would be running off OP 2 will come back on at about 9 and run till 12ish around here anyway. People have been known to run their grows of a hot water circuit so you can use the cheaper power ;)
maybe, that sounds like the old off peak. I know we do have a lower tarrif (and a separate meter) for HW and electric heating (its Tassie we don't need AC..lol)

and yes I have 5 unused electric wall heaters sitting on the walls gathering dust ( I put in a wood heater) .....so ive thought of that myself..

would the chilli spray work for slugs and catta pillers n stuff
I'd imagine so. Makes things pretty unpleasant for bugs. I don't have too many issues with catapillars so can't say for sure. For slugs I have copper strips around the edge of my garden bed which helps a lot but not a total fix - one of the buggers ate one of my snow pea seedlings last night
