Thanks I appreciate it. I saw that on his website and that's why I was considering him last night, but I keep reading negative reviews.

There was another thread on here a while ago where I even defended him cause he was on here and seemed like a good dude. I never got around to ordering, so last night I was going to but there is just too many red flags. His track record is too much of a risk after coming up empty on my last order with OES. Not really wanting to be out a grand and nothing to show for it.

Let me start by saying I know how you all feel. I've placed 2 orders. And noticed somethings that might help. First off he does seem to travel a good bit. I believe some of it actually is to pick up new gear. If you order and he's out of town for a few days you will wait. He will be busy when he gets back. Personally I'd CALL him I did this my second order. We talked for dam near an hour. It was a big order or big to me at least. All dying breed seeds there several hundred a pack. He went through what he had and had more than was listed on the website. To be honest info on this breeder is hard to find. So I was asking about which crosses each was and writing it down while he was going through his stock. I actually held up the transaction because my debt card had reached its daily limit. Had to call back to complete the order 12 hours later. He packed it all up while we were on the phone and sent me a picture of the package with shipping. Two thumbs up and it was close to a 4000 order.

Now on my first order I went off the website. His website gave my phone fits and it wouldn't take my CC so I had to choose pay cash method to make sure someone else didn't buy them before I could get it corrected. Which we did. Getting a tracking number for this order wasn't easy. I got it the night before it was delivered when I contacts him for it. At this time I was told 1 pack I ordered he didn't have. The website had 2 and I ordered them. He put a handwritten note with the order that he owed me and would replace it with anything I wanted. He also added 2 packs of his seeds to help make up for it.

Long story short after speaking with him I CHOSE TO WAIT for a top dawg drop that was supposed be arriving in a 3/4 weeks. My hope with waiting was that I'd get in on something new. But TD drop was either late or never came?? Dunno I called back when the time frame we discussed had past. So he gave me a 300 credit on a 200 pack +50% I looked on the website and made my choice and called him back it went out the next day and he sent tracking.

That's why when I figured out SPS had the best prices and the best selection of a very hard to get breeder I tried him again and it was worth it to me. From now if I order from him I'm calling him and going over the entire order as I did the last time. I'd do it again for those who ask.

He also makes his own gear and from the sounds of it the ops not in a 4v4 closet. From what I gathered he does the travel the op and the website by himself with no help. So I'm guess this is where little things like tracking numbers to him are big things to you or I. But he sent both my orders and didn't short me. That's for sure.

Yes get him on the phone! Explain why you're worried and he probably will send you a photo with the packing label ect. He's got all that in his house. Packaging and labeling so it's just a matter of dropping it off.

When I ordered he called me and asked for my cc info. It seemed shady and I already had the money order so I sent it in and then he scammed me. He never returned calls and never responded to this thread, I gave him his chances, but he is a ripoff artist.

he never responded after receiving and cashing my 250 dollar money order. He reads this thread and doesnt respond = scum of the earth. That lowlife pos couldve responded here and id not sound like an asshole when I call him an asshole thief motherfucking piece of shit fucking scam asshole.

I'm glad to see Cannarado open his own site. There's just too many clowns selling seeds that don't follow through >except to strip folks of their cash<. His seeds are now all sealed in those white packs...so if it isn't sealed...you got replacements.

I hate to say it...but sadly...the rule of buying seeds online is...If you can't absorb the loss, don't make the purchase. I've lost thousands over the years sending cash over the pond to multiple sellers and have had Customs fuck the dog a few times as well. It's just sad as fuck to see folks in the US screwing over folks in the same manner. When someone opens a seed bank and actually does what they say they will and offers fast service...they's gonna clean up. Good luck folks

I thought I'd update to reflect that I did finally receive my order from Jay at Sour Patch Seed Bank on October 19th, and he was nice enough to include a free pack of Dosidos #22 F2 by Archive, which was certainly unexpected, but appreciated. Tracking indicated my payment had reached his postal box on August 22nd, but Jay eventually stated he hadn't actually received it, potentially due to a postal theft issue, and he then provided me with a tracking number for my shipment. Considering I've received my entire order, as well as a nice free item, I'm prepared to give Sour Patch Seed Bank the benefit of the doubt.
