Well I have decided to put my big girl panties on and move to the Kootenays. I'm shitting little bricks at the prospect of starting over but I'm sure I'll land on my feet. If anyone knows of anyone that has a place to rent in the general area of Castlegar/Nelson...pm me...

Good for you, it takes courage to start over somewhere new. I've done it for work a number of times. That's a great area too, wish I knew some folks who lived there to help you out.

Just think of it as a new adventure and a new page in life, there will likely be more. It is usually difficult to resettle, but eventually you settle in, put of your feet and think about how great things are going. Good lcuk.

So I was having a smoke out in the ally...(my landlord has a young kid and I didn't disclose to him I'm a patient)...I see one of Nelsons super chill po....at first he walks by but I think he caught wind....he asked me what I was smoking....I told him....he informed me that it wasn't quite legal yet, I said I'm a patient, he said well you can't just smoke it out in the open you have to be on private property....he said don't worry finish up...I said no problem and he went his way and I went mine.....have i you told you how much I love Nelson?

Congrats. I'm bring my conservative town around one jay at a time lol the neighbors seem cool with it now lol

So I got a bad haircut....I've been miffed for a week....I walk down the same alleyway and stop to say hello to a dog....the ladies tell me there's a baby dog inside, go have a look...what a funky place this is....turns out it's a hair salon....it's got the front end of a car for a desk, big red tool chests for, what I can only assume are the tools they need...any who, this chick sees my problem, gives me 10% off my first cut and two fatties...I should start a blog called stories from the kootenays...lol...
