I know you all want to know how to survive the attacks. With so many sprays and dips and strips and
tricks it can be overwhelming to the average garden dweller. I know some of you can read and hope you
share this with your friends and family members who cannot.

Seek clone sellers. These types often breaking the law, are forced to grow in less than ideal conditions, sometimes so ideal they're irresistible for reasons soon to be explained. There's always sick plants in these areas, ones that welcome the attentions of a survivor. Yellowing leaves in clone, moldy bits, and so so many varieties to choose from.
Here's the win, these clones are sold to the highest bidder, many in dispensaries, where the real bonus comes to play. People will beg to on the waiting list to receive you. They'll pay to bring you home and introduce you to even more flavors to devour. They wont even notice you till flower sometimes, then they'll often think its just a cal/mag deficiency tehe. this makes the plant tastier for you!!!

They'll try to spray you with milk, peroxide, alcohol, cold water and poisons too! Its ok, some of you will die but chin up, many will survive this, to be born again with a vengeance. Start breeding fast and pretty soon either they'll miss the cycle or you'll get used to the sprays lol. You'll be huffing neem oil for the funs!

Then when they think they killed you all, blamed you on there dog, shoes, lawn they'll invite some buddies over to gloat of their new mite tricks.....theres your chance to start over, those are the clone sellers maybe?

:P

My best advice for mites is stay outta my stuff! My plan A is the nuclear option.

you are in socal right?
if you ever get mites again, hit me up, I got a guy near you that does predator mites, and they RULE
I've battled mites in the forest where I grow for yrs and yrs, and they all built resistance to virtually EVERYTHING
but two batches of predator mites and all my plants were picked clean.
I actually lost a bet with the guy... I thought NOTHING could tackle these fuckers..
In fact I waited till my plants were webbed to apply the predator mites, I was totally confident that past a thermonuclear warhead that the mites would simply be around forever...
anyways, no dead mites, and no chemical sprays, no repeat applications or dipping..
try it next time, i'd bet you'd never go back to sprays
besides.. how awesome is it to picture the mites being systematically hunted down and ripped apart and eaten alive in a horrible painful terrifying death?
um..
wait... that's just me?
ok..
I got problems..

Avid is OK in veg, right? I may pick some up for my little plants.
I'm dealing with mites right now. Got one rather large plant that's taking forever to finish. I sprayed with spinosad a few times and gave it a couple of soil drenches, but I think these little fuckers have developed a resistance. SNS209 didn't phase them either.
So now the race is on. Mites prefer to stay on the leaves rather than buds, but that can change overnight (literally). Checking up on your plants & seeing buds fully engulfed in webbing is very depressing. Those buds cannot be saved, even with washing -- and it's time to harvest the remainder while you can.
Did I mention that I hate those little fuckers?

predator mites man..
I know I sound like a broken record.
It's a dubious honor but i'm fairly certain I have THE MOST experience battling mites..
On the face of the planet.
no joke.
they are everywhere in the forest I grow in, four types, including russets.
buy the mites, they'll pick your plants clean, so you'll not have dead mites to smoke.
also it's easy as hell to apply
no chemicals, no resistance, no PITA application techniques..
try it and you'll thank me, I promise.

I'm not sure Avid is ok for crops period. I'd clone'm at least once and maybe 3x in sequence. My toxicology isn't up to answering your question.

I read on here about a habanero pepper spray ( homemade of course) anyone ever hear of or use?
it's fine if you have a body suit and a respirator, and don't mind reapplying at least twice.
still you are guaranteed to have at least ONE survivor..
and we all know that one female can make like a metric fuck-load of eggs..

two words.

predator mites....
you guys deliberately ignoring what I'm preachin here?

Not ignoring, just had a friend in a 60K grow get mites and tried predators and they didn't work. Beat the mites back but overall he still had mites. If I got mites I'd probably burn my crop and begin again from seeds unless I had some very valuable genetics and after losing 2 entire tables of what I thought were extremely valuable I actually got better genetics so I'd go with the Viking funeral option.

Although I did have one clone I wanted so I used Avid on it and it worked but you couldn't flower until you hit generation #4. So yeah burn em down, reload.
