I love the HSO gear! I've been running Black D.O.G. and Blue Dream for a while. I am currently vegging Green Crack, Lemon Kush Headband, Sapphire OG, Chocolate Mint, Bubba;s Gift, and Em Dog.

HSO gear is decent , my biggest gripe with them is all their remakes , their green crack and blue dream are not the real deal just remakes that are decent but do not compare to the original. I just wish they wouldn't name them after the clone only strains when they aren't even in the same gene pool.

Yes, if I lived somewhere that I had access to clones, I might choose differently. I don't have that option. HSO gives me a nice solid product. It may bear no relation to the original, but it's nice and my friends like the names and Blue Dream and Black D.O.G. are easy to grow. I can see your point though. It is misleading.

This is true. I just picked a company and stuck with them and no disappointments so far. @Yodaweed. I'm new to personal growing but had a chance to help a friend grow some incredible strains including original clone only cuts like Mendo Purps, pre 98 bubba, and blue dream a long time ago. Those are what I'm looking for and unfortunately your correct. So far I've had close or sort of the same but never like the originals. I'm actually going to start growing Reg seeds from now on so I can start making my own stuff.

Currently growing HSO Chocolate Mint OG, Lemon Garlic OG (clone from last cycle), Raspberry Diesel, and Chemdawg (their '91 cut, which was Sativa dominant and advertised as such.) Never a single issue. Always some of the very best connoisseur-grade cannabis you can grow.

My Choco Mint is supposed to go down 2 days from now but I might just let them go longer. How are your ladies doing.20170317_122250.jpg 20170317_122258.jpg 20170317_122317.jpg 20170317_122323.jpg
First pics are plant 1 and second is plant 2. The fan was hitting plant one directly so she got a little purplish red going on.

I actually bought some limited run HSO sour diesel x Royal purple kush #7 by mandelbrot (regular seeds). Went through neptune seed bank and got 5 code black og by bred by "42". Pretty excited.

Top shelf. All of it. I pretty much just finished Lemon Garlic OG, and I grew their Chemdawg out. I strongly recommend all of them.

Your trichome production astounds me. I aspire to that one day.

To the OP, I love humboldt, I like dutch passions autos, but some people hate DP, I think it's best to jump around and research strains that have characteristics you like, find strains with crosses you enjoy already.

Im growing black dog right now, a week into flower at moment
