Has anyone had a package come up in the tracking as delivered and it not be delivered? I paid for insurance through the bank but I'm not sure they'll resend because a thieving postie took my beans

Yeh had this happen to me before bro don't stress the post office signs for the parcel from usps or whatever company then delivers to you.

Sorry man, I probably wasnt clear enough. The parcel was apparently delivered to my house yesterday but my wife was home and didnt get any package. I checked the letterbox and nothing in there either. I'm more wondering if the seed bank is likely to resend even if it says it was delivered...

Yep, they sure are. My wife was home at the time it was supposedly delivered and and they certainly didnt knock on the door. The parcel wasn't in the letterbox either. So they've either stuffed up and sent the parcel to the depot for pickup, the postie has knicked off with it or the postie has put it in someone elses letterbox...the third part is what has me worried. If he's put it in my neighbours letterbox, I'm in an ongoing dispute with them and there is no way in hell they'd give it to me. If they open it and find the contents, they'd dob me in for sure!

How strange especially if your wife was home to accept the parcel, hope it's a simple mix up and your parcels back at the depot, ordering seeds it's stressful enough without worrying the postie may snatch your parcel
