well done on the box :)

do you have any fans yet? and have you thought about ventilation? just below 90 should be fine i've found my temps going over 100 but as long as i water slightly more regularly and keep it humid in there, the leaves don't even curl at all.

anyway, keep up the good workbongsmilie

you could attach to 1 wall hinges.. so you had a door. it doesnt look comfortable to rise up those lights all the time..

venting is a fairly simple affair.

you need an inlet and an outlet. the outlet hooked too fan and then a small carbon filter too sort the smell out. at the mo you fan inside box is just moving hot air around, there is no way for it too escape.

have your intake low and your outlet high.

i just bought a clip fan and the temp seems to be holding at about 86 deg. which isnt bad considering its like 82 degrees outside

yeah that looks good for now. once the plants get a bit bigger youl need to sort out a little extraction fan but im sure that will be fine for a couple of weeks.

Looks pretty cool. You'll need to get the ventilation sorted out sooner rather than later.

The big drawback I see in your design is that you can't move the lights. You need to keep cfls as close as possible to the plants (like 2"-3"), so you'll need to stand the plants up on something and then gradually move them down as they grow. It's usually easier to raise the lights as they grow rather than lower the plants.
