Grow Room Infected With Powdery Mildew :/ Help!

I wouldnt see it being a hassle to wrap a bag around the co2 sensor for a 2-3 hr treatment though to utilize the effects of a sulpher burner if by chance you happen to run co2. Since getting the sulfer burner my problems are gone. Not a bug or a powdery mildew since. I think its a far stretch to say that a sulfer burner "barely works". That and I wouldnt want a systemic in my plants since they are toxic & stay in the plant too long (approx 45 days), and you are restricted on when you can use it a lot more than with a sulpher burner.
Sounds like he likes to do things the most half assed way possible, and wasting money along the way. And why does he keep talking about co2 controlers? Op never even mentioned a co2 controller??

Lemme just say, oh here's the comment I been waiting for, the reply where your panties are in a bunch haha. Not gonna read it, seems like your the butt hurt one eh? Nice long ass reply?
Uhhh, im trying to figure out what your going on about. You just laid a huge post of garbage out so I returned it. You dont even know what your talking about dude. Theres no co2 controlers, and last time i checked, growing 101 stated that when theres a problem that you clean the room. No? And i wouldnt read it either, it points you out as the guy arguing imaginary problems to make a point.

Im pretty sure the link says clean the room. Which is what you stated was pointless. Like every pm eradication post says clean the room. Are they all wrong?

You say I didn't post anything incorrect yet you quote my post and talk about how I'm wrong. You then say it's garbage lol. You really don't have a grasp on reading eh?

"There are several options for powdery mildew elimination. Sometimes removing infected leaves or plants and adjusting humidity levels are sufficient measures to correct the problem. "

Go re-read your link. I didn't go put this in there. Just because you have pm your going to tear the room down and bleach everythinh? Please. After the cycle of course but your going to clear the place out and bleach it for a lil pm? Fuck outta here

Didn't you say this?
when the hell are you going to walk into the grow room with pm on your skin and clothes? Really? Maybe if you crawl out of the ditch.

This is what YOUR link says
"Unfortunately, despite every precaution, there are always opportunities for these sinister microscopic nuisances to make their way to your grow room. They can hitch a ride on just about anything that enters the room and eek out an existence in a sheltered area where conditions are favourable. Before long the mold is visible on leaf surfaces and the garden is infested. "

tear down what? Spray the walls, fans, floor, tables, and carbon filter. Oooooo, hard work. Even in my grow it would only take a few hours. Ya wont catch me cryin over a little cleaning. Especially if id rather spend 100 bucks on a solution that 500.

Bleach everything. Get your rh down and get more ventilation and air moving. Then buy a slulpher burner and use it. In the mean time spray with one teaspoon per gallon of baking soda mixed with one spray bottle full of water. Hit the clones with that. Oh and the bleach is for the walls and equipment, not the plants ;) good luck.
^^^ just read this and everything will be alright.

Not against cleaning. If your going to bleach everything you need to tear the room down lmfao. Pull stands tables, plants, etc. For what? For pm to be in your room the very next day. Right?

You think pm is only in ditches? And if you roll around in a ditch that's the only way you can bring it into your room? I'll say this it's already in everyone's rooms and no amount of cleaning will get rid of it genius

Read your own link and inform yourself

They can hitch a ride on just about anything that enters the room and eek out an existence in a sheltered area where conditions arefavourable.

Just as I said. Go check page 1 nothing is edited. You'll bring pm in by opening your door, from your cloths, on your skin, on your hair. Every grow room has pm. Bleach all you want not gonna do shit. Only when conditions are favourable is when pm takes a hold.

Again read your own link genius

Oh My God.
Your still preaching against common sense cleaning? And why do you keep trying to put words into my mouth? I posted a link that i claimed said, clean your room. Which it did. They all do. They say, clean the room after you start treating. This is to make sure you are on top of the problem. Why is this so hard to grasp for you? Cleaning will take care of all of the large accumulated deposits of spores. These need to be gone so that when the spray you suggested stops working, that theres no build up of spores still getting blown around the room, like from a carbon scrubber, or from a garbage can.
If you want the infestation of spores still in your room thats fine. You do whatever you want. Spray however many dollars of spray on your plants. Nobody can stop you from never cleaning your room if you dont want too, and i wont try to make you because obviously its a really sensitive issue for you. I didnt mean to make you cry.

Oh and i look forward to some more butthurt comments. It's actually kinda fun watching you try to prove your rightness and getting so frustrated and angry at cleaning.

Funny how I bet my room is probably cleaner than yours. I spray not because I have pm or bugs but because it's my ipm. I stay ahead of the curve, unlike you most likely. Of course cleanliness is needed. Isn't that common sense. Btw it's growing 101 dumb dumb

And BTW eagle 20 can genetically modify the genetics of the plant so it will never have to deal with pm again, nice try though.

Ya your room just might be. Last time i swept was last week. Scrubbed out my rez and buckets at the same time. I also dont have any problems currently. I havent sprayed my plants in about a year for anything. Last time i had pm was 5 years ago. Bugs a year and it was a small thrip problem. So while i smoke clean weed, your smoking bug spray, pm spray, and whatever else your preventitives are. Have fun with that.

Lol people like yourself don't understand chemicals eh? They have half life's and when properly used it tests out. Every environment is different as light and wind breaks down the active chemicals faster but it requires some IQ to use it. Seems like your lacking..

Not at all but it is a nice side effect. Just thought I would throw it out there because you were saying a build up of spores will be waiting when the spray wears off. You can't seem to win a darn thing eh? What a shame :mrgreen:
