Picked up some in house genetics black cherry pie bx

Whatchu feedimg them? Took off quick.
Black Cherry Pie BX, yum. The pics on insta are on fire. I can't decide what beans to get next. I don't really like indica's all that much, I prefer non-sleepy strains, but not racey at the same time. C99 has my attention. Should be some good promos on 4/20.

Just using GH 3 part w/ calmag and hydroguard. Not using the grow anymore though, now running lucas 5/10 (ish) ec to 1.6. I keep wanting to change nute lines, but hey, it works well in my system and it's relatively cheap. I have a Fangbanger OG (dr. candyland freebie)) and a Pineapple Express (clone from friend) I'm going to run next. they are vegging up now.

Yeah I hear you, Blue power is not a big yielder, but the smoke is top notch. I've grown plenty of clones of big producing strains, they just always leave me wanting more. I like that loud connoisseur grade smoke.

I was looking at C99 and got into a few threads at ic and found out that Brothers Grimm is going to release the original C99 on 4/20 this year. First time in over 10 years from what I understand. They are also going to be in Longmont on 4/20 and 4/23. Pretty sure this will be my next grab. Always fun to run what nobody else/very few people have.

Yea man I feel ya. I've been running gear from peepz here on RIU for the past couple months. Phenohunts and sexing....that old chestnut. The genetics are killer and the breeding some of these guys do is crazy good. Haven't ran any In-House yet. I'm working on some Bigworm6969, Cornfed Dread Creations, and I just got a huge fresh batch of Breeders Boutique beans from their sale not too long ago. Like you said....so much good shit! Glad you're cruising right along. I've been creeping lol. How you liking that Silverback? Forest of yours is always on point man...great work

Are you in CO by chance? I'm interested in those breeders as well. Learning something new every day. I've been reading a lot about strains and lineage lately. I have some silverback clones I need to get rid of too, no room. So far I'm liking her more and more. I'm always skeptical of new genetics, but love the risk/reward. I found one, and I mean one nanner on her when she was 2-3 weeks in flower on a low branch and I was nervous. I have not seen any since and I've been looking every day extensively. Same thing happened to my blue power, seed mom had a couple, but none from her clones ever, weird. Silverback vegges fast, showed pistils when in veg, stretched crazy after flip and is stacking nicely. Now it's all about the smell, taste, and high to determine if I'll run her again. It's hard to beat the blue, she's dank as fuck.

Neg :/ Wish I was further west, but alas, stuck in the Midwest a few states east of you. That is pretty weird about the nanners on just the original, but not the clones. But hey, rock on for the genetics sorting themselves out on your behalf! I cant recall anyone like immediately off the top of my head from CO, but I'm positive you could find a nice home for your SB babes in no time flat on here with just a friendly post if u wanted to. Nywho, have a good one man. Keep it green!

Yeah, going to drop on seedsherenow and rockymountainseedbank on 4/20. Sounds like a lot of work went into bringing her back. Hopefully I'll be able to snag a pack.

I can see that trend catching on. Creating a specific strain for a business like that. That's awesome.

Hey, thanks for that link, I'll check it out. I know a few growers here in town, but to be honest I'd rather see them go to someone that appreciates the genetics. Most ppl I know are not great growers, nice people, just not very advanced. That's why I'm always hanging out on here LOL.
