1 week flowering plant to tall what should i do

k heres my deal i have now more room to move my light up and my top 4 branches on by tallst plant are growing flat against the glass on my hood i started 12/12 at 11 inches withing a couple weeks shot straight the fuck up and are 4 feet even after i topped about 8 inches off i am in a 2x4x5 tent so i know know to eaither get a short strain or prune i gues thats what you get from bagseed what would be my best option without causeing to much stress to her
1 top the 4 stems to below the light
2 nothing just let them bitches grow
3 tie down the stems and train it a bit

the leaves don't seem to be burning but you never know what yall thing i should do

Shit if i were u i would let it grow but since u said ur in a tent i would have to say try to tie it down and trim as little as possible

i can let it grow i didn't know if leaving them growing against the glass work hrt my buds i just can move my light up at all

leaving your buds pressed up against glass is just asking for mold if you ask me.... but then again, it's pretty humid where I am and I dunno if where you are is the same (outerspace). lol

you can try spreading the rootball out when I run in to this problem I just get a big flat dish that is ruffly half the hight of the current pot and spread the roots out

Top it, works great and I haven't noticed any slow down in growth when I top. In fact it's the opposite; the other branches now get more energy and grow faster.

I may have just been lucky with topping but I've done it in veg and even flower and I've never had a plant show stress by slowing growth.

Note: I am a newb though with only a few grows under my belt.
