@FranJan
I'll be lucky if any of my seeds break through in time. I germed pretty late...forgot I was......
Yeah buddy I'm pretty dead in the water myself. All 4 seeds I started look waterlogged. They got that dark tone to them. I'd be amazed if they pop. Threw a mystery seed in a cup of mix just now out of desperation. Oh well, my effed up Critical Mass isn't ready to flower anyway so it's a mixed blessing. Then again I still got ~2 days sooooooo...........

The weather was the big delay in my case. I was kinda pissed that the 7th contest followed the 6th so fast because of the way the weather in my area is I knew it was gonna give me a bad start so I waited. Now I'm just........

Do you think after all this time I would finally learn not to bring the voodoo into these comps :wall::wall::wall:. :-)

I think one of the White Cindys' popped. Maybe oxygenating Perlite loaded with Super Plant Tonic + Grow It Green for 4 days isn't going to be a waste.

My ladies were just put into soil like 12 hours ago lol. SO. We'll see if they make it above ground in 36...

x2 purple widow, a gigabud, and critical hog.

Did you pre soak them before planting?...........if not your really cutting it close brother! I'm hoping they head north in time for you.

put the cups on something warm to speed it up, just watch out for medium dry-out AKA babysitting them

Official initial post time..... Finally.

The strain: Conspiracy kush from TGA. Put in a petridish on the 24th, transferred on the 25th, sprouted on the 26th.

The light: A custom 150w LED panel using a pair of CXB3590 emitters. They're 3500k, 72v, and driven at 1050ma by a meanwell HLG-120H-C1050A. Currently dimmed to minimum while they're young and I get the ventilation figured out. It's a bit rough as I'm still refining the build. I should have a case before too long.

The nutrients: JR peters hydro and calcium nitrate from custom hydroponic nutrients, epsom salt, GH ph up and down, neem/karanja oil, aloe, silica, malted barely teas, and maybe some microbe products. We'll see.

The media: Pure coco, in a 16oz glass solo cup from walmart, using a blumat jr to feed with a 3.5gal bucket for a rez. I'll be adding an air pump soon as well. Hand watering will be a backup. ETA: Looks like I'll be upgrading to full blumats before too long.

The environment: A cheap 36x18x62" tent. I'll be adding a shelving system later for better support of the LED system.

The cycle: Good old, 12/12.

The pictures.

I didn't soak mine at all, just buried them in moist promix. Checked one of them yesterday, taproot making its way down and husk opening up. I expect them to be popped when I check tonight or by tomorrow. Will update as I know

Shit, sorry for being a day late on the first update. I thought it was post when germ and then post the first weekly update on the day that you wanna be held accountable...in my case it was 8 days.

Please forgive.

On a pretty much unrelated note - I totaled my truck today in Lakewood (actually on the border line between Lakewood and Denver) - at least I expect it to be totaled. A Mercedes pulled right the fuck out in front of me and I had no time to stop or swerve, T-BONED his ass. Injuries are minimal thank God, but the point of this is that I was SHOCKED that the popo did not test either me or the kid that caused the accident for either alcohol or weed. I really thought that testing for weed would be a standard thing in Colorado as the anti-cannabis crowd is crazy as shit and always throwing out the DUI propaganda.

That is all.

Ok here we go

3 Mt. Si
2 Phoxy

Both are testers from redeyed genetics.

Germ date 8/31(sprouted after soaking in water for 2 days)
20150831_013420.jpg

I was able to scrounge up some cups I picked up last comp. I transplanted clones into larger pots. So then had extra cups. I got those from the Mexican dollar Store.

Sprout date of just 1 Mt si today 9/2. So if I only have 1 sprouted by 4th is that the only contender? Or are the others still in. If they sprout within the next few days?
