yes indeed very nice jtr bush masonjar. jtr is one of my favorite strains. i also noticed that many tga subcool strains that i like are a cross with jtr such as jesus og kush, ace of spades, chernobyl, nurse jackie just to name a few. i grew a jtr male and everyday shook pollen in a freezer bag. i thought what better than to cross it with the infamous super lemon haze i have that tested over 26%. this slh pheno has a differetn after taste but can easily be harvested in 7 weeks it is so fast. i like to go 8-9 unless i need the room. the jtr male had very little stretch and seemed to mature fast but im not very experienced at growing males. this one little plant kinda fucked both my flower rooms. now i have a shit load of seeds from several different strains. pics include the JTR male, 2 different jtr females, the preggers slh, non preggers slh from clone, and what the seeds have grown into. i will post more as i go. having some cam issues though. the flash only works when it wants to. and yes it is set to flash everytime. also that last pic, although beautiful i dont want to mislead anyone. it's not really bluish or purplish like it looks. the flash does that sometimes but it looks cool. another note those weird looking jtra pics, this is not a mutant but the result of a bad topping job. it makes the colas gigantic but i never do it intentionally. it's like the main stem wants to split into 2 but does not fully seperate so it's like 2 colas that grow in 1 and seem to spiral at the time very strange looking. i've also had other strains do this to me which is why i know it's topping and not a mutation. the clones also dont do it unless i were to top it that way. the stem after the topping gets ribbon like. thick on one side thin on the other.

had to make another post since i can only fit 10 pics. here is the codename lemon ripper or super lemon haze x jack the ripper. might call it lemon raper because the jtr male violated more flowers than it was supposed to. those males are sexual predators i tell you. i almost think males should have to register as sex offenders just like people. your neighbor could be growing one and your girls are at risk. these are in roots 707 and will soon be in super soil.

I assume you're referring not to an actual Jack's Cleaner but TGA's BX, right? Either way what's the smell on it? I have a helluva time putting my finger on what this JTR smells like. It MIGHT smell of "lemon mango" (Sub describes the "Lemango" pheno) but to me it mostly smells of straight-up sugar-fruit candy with a bit of astringent. Kinda like Bottle Cap Candies back in the day, or SweetTarts, with that tart-powdery-sugary-candy smell.

I've grown it out now 3x, first the seed, then a reveg and now a clone from that reveg. Clone round #4 just showed roots yesterday, which is good cuz I want to keep growing it.

Of the many strains I've grown in 7 years its my preferred almost always, an energetic all day sativa with great flavor, energy and aroma, covered in trichs and pretty good yielder too. But I like to smoke it at night too, sometimes. The plant from seed grew copious spear shaped buds of great texture. The reveg was a mess of a plant and the flowers never got dense. The one I've got going now is beautiful, it's flowers look like the plant from seed and the buds are becoming as dense as any I've grown. Pistils are just turning and I expect to harvest in a week/2. I'll shoot lots of pix on harvest day and post a couple here.

The one I saw was super slow in veg, but more than doubled size in flower. It smelled like mountain dew baha blast from taco bell but after it cured was more mellowed and more candyish. The buds were good size but not rock hard. Upbeat head high. Loved it.

I grew the hammer this year outdoors..must say its a crazy strain..lol..I got 2 females and 1 male out 3 planted...1 fem took 6 1/2 weeks and was fully matured..20% amber..the other fem took 8 weeks to mature...funny thing is they both looked alike and smelled alike..this is a no fool around strain...it kicks your ass down in the dirt...glad I took clones...my son won a oil competition using the hammer...wicked good taste..strong terp profile

Oh I used the male pollen to cross the 2 females and also a Ace of Spaces..got seeds from all..cant wait till spring...I grow outdoors in a greenhouse...both plants reached 9 feet and tons of bud sites...and very liitle rot to speak of...rock hard buds...loaded in sugar...made some wicked dry ice hash with it...each plant came close to a lb dried..worth the grow ..its fire

I'm glad I found this post. It means it really did happen. 9lb Hammer 3 out of 5 female all different phenos. The males were different also. The fast pheno finished in just over 6wks, not just amber trichs but heavy colored hairs and a full recede of all hairs. I let it go to 50 days just to get a full 4wks after pollen chucking.

did tga drop quantum kush. Its not on their strain list on the site. I did see that home grown natural wonders is doing their own thing now. But odies other strains are still on the Tga site

all mine look done by week 7. Hair receded. But amber doesn't show up til day 60. I usually let it go 65 days. They chunk up the most in those last 5 days.

Thats weird that QK is not on the list but the older ones that are discontinued are still up. i msgd sub,

i am growing QK now and QK x QK to see if i can get a better pheno yield.

so I take it as soon as they run out of odies strains they will drop them. Tga will be hurting. Their best strains were made by home grown natural wonders

The second pheno I grew had fewer red hair, more frost, more scent, weaker plant structure, (had to support all branches), 8wks to finish. I've got one more it's past the 9wk mark now, still lots of clear with little to no amber, but it has the largest buds of group, but shows less frost.

Growing this strain is like playing roulette, and they've taken the red/black and odd/even spots off the table.

I've noticed all the ones that produced colas from seed. The clones recessive traits come out and the clones grow small buds. Then the seeds that grow small buds and up.growing big buds in clone form. Finishing time has been the same with all phenos. All.phenos were very dense except for one. That's was some what fluffy.

I have clones of 2 of the 3 plants for the next run, I'll keep an eye on them. Thanks for the info.

Hers is two diff phenos of Marion Berry Kush
Both super frosty and sweet raspberry grapey smell. Grew into big bushes with decent vegg. Pheno 1 above.
