Ok if you look at the pics above i have the lights im using in it.im not only using the sun cause i want 24 hour light im using the same kind of warm light i used for my baby chics when they hatched.i dont know what kind of light it is but its a large bulb and it gets very warm.i also has a cheap grow light from walmart its the one sitting on the bucket.in my pic.it says it uses 17w but i dont know how much walt it really gives out and i also have a box fan in the room i was told that the wind helps strengthen the plants.that room has central heat and air.it also has 2 nice size windows other then the sliding glass door.the soil im using has guano,worm casting,and fish stuff aready in it.im also using floranova grow for nutrients.

ok i see this is your first time .......what u have now will only work for the Growth part
Growth of a photo plant is controlled by the light waves and the timing u offer it ..........growth like Blue light (mh bulb) and a 18 hour on /6 hours off light timing (cfl terms daylight bright)
Flowering is where u are going to be introuble ..........flowering likes red light (hps bulb) and they need to be on a 12 hours on 12 off timing (that is going to be the issue) light leaks on the 12 hours off can mess up the plant and send u back into Growth mode ( cfl terms Warm Soft )
this is one of the other reasons i said tent
a photo plant u are mimicking the sunlight during spring and part of summer it is a Blue color until it hits the Longest day of the year after that the angle changes that we get the sun and it is more Red color and the hours of light are lessening
