Is this the new neighbour?
Or just a "mate"!
That's kinda fucked man!
You can't let him think you'll let it slide, that can't slide. I don't have that issue, mine would just put me in to the cops if he saw em. By the way Yer gals are lookin sweet. Any flowers yet?

Unfortunately no flowers as yet although im pretty sure the one in the smart pot is trying to flower...ive done what i am good at in letting this guy know where we stand if anything goes missing ...the new neighbour is ok but its his old friend thats moved in with him that ive had to show my pruners to when i went to shake his hand and grabbed a lone finger explaining what i would do if he fucks up what i have been doing for ten years in my own little corner of the yard ....time will tell but i think he knows where we stand on the isdue...
Ill take a couple closer up.pics of the gals tomorrow.

Hey ruby were you planning on pruning out some of those inner branches? Or going o natural?
Ill take a top of plant pic tomorrow matt but where i have spread one thru the cage its opend it right up in the midfle to let light thru and.i reckon i can still take a couple more branches off that wont amount to.much...do you think i should trim it up more or just leave now its near flowering time ?

You have a better idea/view than I do but pruning as much lower/inner stuff as poss will save you alot of time trimming and redirect plant energy to upper colas. Its all a preference thing really. I dont think they are too far into flower yet either, any cuttings can be used for clones if you want too.

Plants looking good either way :bigjoint:

Yep i get what your saying ...i do still think i can take some more smaller non worthy stuff off and i have already taken about 15 clones off the lower stuff...cheers for your advice

So I've sprayed the foliage and also done a root soak with imacloprid to get rid of the nasties in my soil after spotting the cucumber beetle. I feel bad cuz I've got a few spidies and I know they'll die too, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Does anyone recommend a feed afterwards?

this where others may have better advice but if I do any spraying a feed anytime is ok I fed last nite after spraying for the two spotted mite...BUT if I soaked the soil which I have never needed to do I would suggest a flush 24 hrs later with water??now I could b wrong here....

I am on the same page man, exactly what I was thinking. But the imacloprid is a synthetic nicotine and will not upset the plant as it produces minute amounts of nicotine naturally as a pest deterrent. But these cucumber beetles must go lol I also saw 2 thrips and they gotta pay the price too. I have no time for these critters and I ain't sharing my bud with these guys.

The imacloprid is a systematic insecticide and will absorb through roots and leaves. I just wanted to make sure these guys understand my plants are off limits. They can eat my chillies my strawberries, figs, pommagranites, lettuce, tomatoes to a degree but stay the fuck off my buds yah sap suckin, root eatin, leaf Munchin bastards!

checked the plants thoroughly (not stoned when I did ! ) and I havnt spotted one mite on any underside of the leaves ...pruned of some big fan leaves that had been affected by mites and green worms...spent an hour on the wonder woman trying to get it down in height even more and in the process broke of one nice branch that has now been donated to a friend for 3 clones worth...ive had to resort to tying one of the main branches down as the height is starting to worry me...will update a pic later
on the plus side im damn sure the strawberry blue has started its flowering process after a false alarm a week ago..the wonder woman doesn't look far behind it either.I have also pruned of the branches on the SB that wont amount to much as id rather have a few nice big brnaches of dense buds than lots of little ones.

Looking great gd man...very neat to ...you can just see the green thru the bamboo a touch so maybe a statue or water fountain in front of it ?
Thanks bro, I'm putting one more layer on both sides. Should fix that up!
It's just in case the neighbour on the other side has a little look over.
He's cool but you never know what people will do when they see it. I was going to use palings but this bamboo is so easy all you need is a frame and wire to secure it and a few screws and one dynabolt. The whole project cost 60 dollars.
