3 females from my Chernobyl x Super Silver Daze . The Chernobyl mom is top right

Got a 5 pack and got two females. One pheno was short and bushy and the other was tall and bushy, that stretches a lot when flipped. The tall one frost up real nice and makes huge colas. I was kind of nervous ordering them after reading all the hermie talk but these have been solid so far.

I think the hermie talk is bullshit. almost as bad as males vs females from TGA. Anyway those hammers look nice bro!!!

Yeah seems that way Someguy. My thoughts are who gives a shit that someone may be a dick if they got good genetics. Some people you just cant help I guess.
I have nothing but good success with TGA and I love the flavors they bring, not to mention the stone is definitely not on the "shabby" side. And as far as Subcool I like that he's a blunt mofo
I asked his (Subs) opinion on what I should run in my situation in my area and he was spot fkn on.

If it was such bullshit why did they re-release the hammer ? Sorry bro but if you didn't have one of the first packs you wouldn't know wtf your talking about those bitches threw balls all through the halls.

How many people pop beans right when they get them? Not everyone, it is still very relevant to the discussion of 9lb Hammer. Just because they did a re-release doesn't mean that those who hold the beans from before that are safe. So regardless of whether you live in reality or not doesn't change what others have in their possession.
You can sit there and question my ability as a grower but it would be the breeder who is to be questioned. Sub has passed around faulty genetics before and that is why they get pulled from the lineup. If they had such faith in their beans they wouldn't remove the information from their webpage after they discontinue something

I had one of the first packs. I had 1 pheno throw balls at the bottom buds. I pulled them and they never returned. I also got the a pack from the 2nd release. What you don't know. Jinx told me himself. Then 2nd release has a different father plant. Same strain but different plant. They fixed the issue. The first release was rushed before testing was complete. Every dollar from the first round went to autistic children. Then they took their time with 2nd release.

Nice to know I helped a good cause, also glad to know that I was just a "tester" run for them. A little more transparency on the forefront would have put me in the mindset that I am testing a product and it may not be up to snuff yet. It is all good though we all get some packs that don't satiate the hunger.
No clue what release pack I have, I ordered it from the tude about a month or two ago but no telling how long they had it. I only popped 2 seeds and got 2 females. 1 tall one as kingzt described, stretchy super super frosty but it did throw one ball at a lower node early on. I plucked it and haven't see any others. I am not excluding the fact that it could have been environmental as I was overfeeding for a bit and went overdue on the timing of my first flush in flower. I will most likely give that pheno another chance if its smoke turns out to be amazing.
The other female is shorter and looks like it will have a decent yield. No male parts at all and I have small garden so I have time to look over them everyday pretty thoroughly.
Not trying to bring up bs just sharing my exp to help out others.

you got 2nd release. 1st release was last year at the cannabis cup .Thats where i got them. No seed banks got the first release. Only a few dispensaries got it. There was only 2000 seeds for the first release. It was completely sold out within a few days after the cup last year

Yup, I was claimed to be one of the lucky few to hold those beans. Can't win em all though and so I am going to try JTR and Apollo BX who knows what I will get there but hopefully something delicious and high spirited.
9lb hammer pheno 2 = tall, thick main stems, extra punch of that resin. Sweeter grape smell when you rub resin on the leaves.
Unforetunately i treated her poorly at end of veg bc honestly i thought it was a male..had almost no side branching. Tall with longer node spacing than the other pheno. This is all a pheno search of couple genetics so only doing 2 gal soil to reveg any keepers.
She had some issues but got that sorted out and she's becoming the most interesting.
Pic is lower node, day about 30, edges of leaves are starting to show purple...she should be a looker, I will have to get out the DSLR when colors come out and get better final shots.
