No you cannot. Even if you could, which you can't, you'd still be unable prove that any agreement was made absent duress.

If a person holds a gun to your head and forces you to do something or prevents you from doing something and you then "agree" to their terms, is it a valid kind of consent Mr. Rapist? I'd say no, what would you say?
I like the fact that the government maintains the most bad ass fighting force on the planet. And it isnt about coercion of American citizens... So it has that going for it.

But yeah, mostly the government sucks.

We are also waiting to hear what is and isn't property. That question has been awaiting an answer for at least a year and I think it's closer to two years.

What we can do to stop racism?

What can we do to help stop and reverse man made climate change?

Seems like some people are here simply to point fingers and call people names. I assume it's the only way they can feel good about themselves.

Nobody held a gun to my head when I bought property. That was a mutual transaction, wherein buyer and seller came to an agreement, neither of us was under any duress.

I never agreed to any other kind of agreement with people trying to extort from me.

An "awareness" of an aggressor isn't the same as an agreement with or an acceptance of their methods is it? No, it isn't.

You seem to have a hard time presenting an argument that makes sense. I am aware that money that is extorted goes to paying the dipshits that monitor sites like this one, yet I don't agree with them do I ? No, I don't.

I am aware that some bathrooms at Wendy's need a good floor scrubbing, but I don't agree with how they got filthy now do I poopy pants?

Please define what ownership means, serf.

How are the volunteer soldiers paid? Do people voluntarily pay them or is the money taken by force?

They can't come up with 1 single thing. They will run in circles for days over this. Typical.
Everything we do has coercion involved
I want to live I am forced to breath
I want to not be hungry and starve I am forced to eat
I dont want to live in fear, I allow the goverment to hire a police force
I dont want to hear you whine, I am forced to put you on ignore

Clearly you should ignore yourself.

you were aware of the property taxes when buying the house, you were not under duress when buying the house, you chose to buy the house, but somehow that was not consent to the property taxes you were aware of?

dumb fucking idiot.

Two distinctly separate things Poopy Pants. Awareness of a thief doesn't equate to agreement with a thief.

I think it's time for you to admit that one of the distinctly separate things, a property purchase involved consent and one did not, it involved duress.

You don't have a clue what individual consent means do you?

If a person owns something, isn't the distinguishing characteristic of that ownership, control over the owned thing?

Please provide me a list of all the wonderful things that are performed absent any coercion.

How do you get something that is wonderful when you threaten people from the get go? How does that work?

even slaveowners were not allowed to sell off children of slaves under a certain age.

but i'm sure you object to that as well.

let the free market decide how to break up slave families, right?
