Lots of variables involved here, I mean every grow is different and optimal needs are different. For my WW and AK47 grow my veg room is 80 degrees with 55% humidity, and under my clone dome I keep the humidity at 95%. For my flower room I run 77 degrees lights on, 64 for the dark period, with a humidity of 57%, and the only reason I go that high on humidity is that I run CO2 and those numbers all seem to be working perfect. But as I said each grow has its own needs, so lots of factors, hope that helps a tiny bit.

Jorge cervantes says perfect is 75 F. humidity 80 - 95 clones. 60 - 70 veg. 40 - 60 flower. With that said plants are forgiving to an extent, give or take 10 degrees. Under 65 or over 85 will slow growth but not stop all growth. In the dark the lowest you should go is around 65. If you cant get it perfect you plants will be fine. They adjust to there surroundings and grow great. As long as the temp is a constant. They don't like to fluctuate from day to day. This will cause them stress.

That high of humidity at night isn't going to slow your plants down but it will become more susceptible to mold with higher RH. Just make sure the air around them is moving well and there shouldn't be a problem.

my temps go a little high sometimes (85f) and I don't see a problem. I just seem to have to water more. Think about when there in the wild the temps get 100+ in full sun so I wouldn't be too worried. Just make sure your exchanging the air fast enough or humidity will dry out. I think one bad thing about high temps in bloom is the trich's degrade a little quicker.

What should Your humidity be at night when your lights are off? I'm noticing a huge raise in humidity during my dark period. Its ok for now because my pants are still vegging. But it could pose a problem in flower. Should i turn my fans up at night. I have a new grow rooms And its responding A lot different to my equipment.

No such thing as one perfect number but if you combine em and calculate the heat index you can get the zone by tweakin what ever is easiest deal with. You are lookin for a heat index that is 4 points above ambient as example if your temp was 72 and your RH was 33% your heat index would be 76.5 in that zone plants thrive :)

you can calculate it here ,

if mold is a concern you can calculate that here ,
