Looking at Alex Grey's painting while on acid was an experience alright. . . . I wish I had some of his paintings now, and I was on acid.

i had a blast last time i went(of couse i did,i was spun above the masin-dixon line:-D ),but i was a little distracted,my friend who came with had spent all his extra money in harlem(my fault,i showed him where the dope spots were) and didnt wanna spend the 5 bucks to get in..so he sat by the register,i hurridly relaxed for about 30 mins then left,i felt bad he was setting there alone, and couldnt get my mind off it..but,no way i was paying his 5$ entry..gotta learn a lesson bout these sorta things.
def need to plan a trip..a cab ride to your house from manhattan was like 150$ right? ill pay so all three of us can get twisted together and have a safe ride back to the pond..
plus,i hate driving past the holland tunnel..bwahaha..me,lsd,and that trip could be a potential loss in life for someone.

haha..8 tentacles..joke.1f6.gifim bustin your balls..lol..
you should go to c.o.s.m. for real..they leave big throw pillows on the floor(well, used to..idk
about current situations) for you to pull up in front of these huge paintings and just lounge on..like youre chillin in i dream of genies bottle...very warm inviting place..since its moved,im hoping theyve kept that feel for the patrons sake..
octopus have been proven to have emotions....one instance a child dropped a baby doll in an aquarium, and an octopus snagged it..took it into its cave, and takes care of it to this day! it hides it,brings it gifts, food, goes bezerk then sad if you take it away..pretty cool.
and,makes great nigiri rolls

Nigiri and Maki are different kinds of sushi. Would a nigiri roll be a maki roll with fish on top? I dunno, you blew my mind...
its not whats in it that seperates them..its the construction and nori..
Nigiri: A slice of raw or cooked fish or shellfish pressed onto a mound of vinegared rice, with a little wasabi (think the strongest of horseradishes) in between.

Maki: Layers of raw or cooked fish or shellfish, vegetables and vinegared rice on a sheet of dried sea kelp rolled into a cylinder then cut into pieces. Temaki follows a similar setup but uses only a half sheet of dried sea kelp wrapped around the ingredients like a cone; also known as a hand roll.

Thats what I was trying to explain without getting technical. Nigiri and Maki are different types of sushi...I thought that was pretty concise...Haha...And I was trying to be funny...As in a "rainbow roll" is a maki roll with raw slices of fish on top...get it? Still has fish on top like nigiri, yet has the guts of a maki roll...Naturally, it's not nigiri...Just a coy way of making fun of your "nigiri roll"

Not to mention, I've been eating sushi my whole life, and am of the small percentage of people in the US who've had freshly grated wasabi, not just green colored horseradish powder. And I did spend a little time on sushi in culinary school, since I'm a trained chef. But thanks for the clarification for those who aren't aware of the differences. I personally am a fan of Chirashi Sushi, easy, yummy, and versatile.
