I guess the MMPR will still be in effect, true. But many MMAR patients won't switch over.. they'll just keep their mouths shut and keep growing most likely. In my opinion this is pointless... do they really think all of these sick patients will just be like "oh thats fine, I guess i'll just have to stop taking my meds since i can't afford them anymore"... cancer, chronic pain, arthritis, AIDS, MS... these people need cannabis to even get out of bed in the morning... but nawww they'll just stop using.. or end up only buying a fraction of what they need... NBD.....whether they say it's ok or not, most patients will still grow.
Pretty hard to keep it quiet when hc knows about every legal grow op going on. Anyone who doesn't move their grow will be easy picking for cops. And with the new mandatory minimums sentences for growing anyone caught(5 or more plants) is looking at 6mo in jail

They know where all the growing sick patients live. They'll just give out that info the the RCMP.
. Truth be known. The RCMP has a list. They can walk around anywhere they like online. No questions asked. May have something to do with the fact they recently stopped snooping online after the laws did not go in their favor.
I could easily see patients going to jail one after another. A couple won't be an issue. Its not you?!?!
No one would give a rats ass about drug smoking sick people..... :hump:

HC will only deliver bad news, not good news. Weren't you in the MMAR? kitty litter, police threats, destroy destroy destroy, privacy breach...don't think your government looks after your best interests. It's how well they sleep at night, not you.

Let's just walk down the road shooting heroin, "yes judge I had no access so I had to put my liberty at risk to help me get a better value of life" but it's nonsense for a marijuana plant, how dare you wish to grow a weed that produces beneficial flowers. The nerve of you patients...

That's true. I never looked at it like that. I still feel that some Will do what they need to do though.

Anyone know how to go about getting info from freedom of information? The cost to taxpayers of HC's decision to violate our rights might be a handy tool for our side. That might even piss off some Harptler-Huggers...

Its a fucked up world. Here we are where medical patients could be getting shafted once again for the 100'th time and in the last two weeks its been crazy busy at my shop with guys upgrading and setting up. I guess were going to see 2K per lb in BC shortly.
