Well, she turns 40 today :) Was visiting with her yesterday and noticed some improvement despite her having had a chemo treatment on Friday. She's still frightfully small but has gotten an appetite again. She also sat outside with us for the duration of our visit which is a BIG improvement. Was very encouraged by what I saw and heard from her. Very happy brother here today. I usually see her almost daily but since her treatment started I'll be seeing her less. I hope this will mean seeing the small improvements I was missing seeing her daily.
She's still very much in this game and intends on winning, is very encouraging. She's just awesome.
I wanna thank all you folks who have been so supportive, encouraging and helpful. You all have made a big difference in this thing we're doing and I couldn't be more grateful. Positive vibes are always a help, keep em coming!!
Thanks again, one and all,
Mike

I was scrolling through this tread did anyone recommend Phoenix tear I believe that was the name of the place. A three year old boy in my town had cancer his parts had been taking him to the doctors for a year and half till the doctors told them there was nothing left they could do. They gave him 6 months his parents looked into rick Simpsons oil he was cancer free within 3 months. So I would try googling Phoenix tear. I hope this helps

Peace

Sorry. Been a few since I've posted anything. She's doing 1.5g/day at present. There hasn't been any growth worth mentioning and zero spread. Was looking for some shrinkage but given what I've read I don't realistically expect that to happen for a bit yet. The fact that it hasn't spread at all is encouraging given it's nature and the low dose chemo she refuses to stop talking..yet. Even the "palliative" dose she's taking is making her extremely ill and her recovery times are getting to be non-existent. She's on week two of the second round and is definitely feeling the ill effects of the poisoning. I'm hopeful she will be able to sort this out for herself and make that decision or this is going to be one long, miserable struggle. We're already anticipating a total between 180-240g by the time we get her through this.
Would have been much easier had she been in her own mind when she was diagnosed but that in and of itself has been an uphill fight. She is way down on the pain meds so that should help in talking with her moving forward.
Thank you all for your help and well wishes :) I'll keep ya's posted.
All the best to you all,
Mike

p.s. Yes, thanks brother. She's been on the RSO now for about a month. We got to it in late stage...not sure which stage. They won't tell us that here in Nova Scotia anymore, Is irrelevant really in my opinion. "They" already gave-up on her. I say fuck "them." She's a fighter and she will walk away from this.

I'm thinking with all the great folks on this forum that if we all send some positive vibes up into the air....well it's gotta help some...or prayer's if your a believer. Whatever it take to send light and hope her way. It must help when a pile of people are pulling for ya.
I would think that if you demonstrate an attitude that the RSO is going to cure her for sure, well she will benefit from that show of confidence on your part. Tell her about all the people here who are confident she is going to beat this. Tell her the stories of success that float around here and other places on the net. If it help maybe folks here can post links to successes. Read those to her and say " see sister, it's gonna work for you, let believe " Because the value of positive thinking by her is some of the strongest medicine she can get. If she believes.... she has a better chance. Attitude is a HUGE thing.
Basically I see some small improvements in your post Mike. So that is good. At least your not saying things are worse, other than the chemo. Let's look at that then like, hey great, we got two good things working to cure her. That way she is also satisfied that she is doing the chemo for a good reason. If that make sense? Not sure i was able to say it correctly.
Well you know you can always drop in here for some encouragement. and please keep us informed if your able to.....all the best and oooooooohhhhmmmmmm......get well......oooooooohhhmmmm.....get well !

ell said Hippy :) I'm not a believer but prayers are certainly welcome by any who may be. It's the keeping her focused on the good things, small as they may be at the moment, that will be key. I think. And I completely get where your coming from with the chemo thing but I'm not sure I can sound convincing saying she has two things working "for" her, I try man, I truly do but there is just too much evidence to the contrary for me to even entertain the notion that chemo is in any kinda way a good thing. Overall. She is aware of my reading/research, efforts...whatever ya wanna call them (I call the my duty as a human being and brother) and listens as intently as she is able to at the moment. She believes in this stuff as much as I do. Once she gets past this round of "help" I'll try to sit with her for a bit and show her this place, other places I've visited and re-show her some great vids gb pointed me to. She's a very intelligent lady and when this fog clears a bit she will better understand what's going on and the implications of each and every thing we do moving forward. Baby steps are a far cry better than stationary so I'll give this round to the RSO, seems to be doing it's thing despite the low dose poison.
Keep the positive energy flowing, can only help and to you all once again, thank you. You have my deepest gratitude and appreciation!!
Live well folks, take good care of yous! Be in touch soon!!

Sorry again, been awhile. Just an update :) Not sure how things are looking from the inside but if the outside is any marker...things are improving.
She was up to her cottage for the first time in months yesterday. Sat out beside the pool on the deck with us for a few hours chatting and taking full part in the conversations. All improvements. Was really something amazing to see after so many months!!
Thank you all again for all your help, support and the ever important "good vibes!!!'

Live Well & Take Good Care,
Michael

Hey All! Sorry it's been awhile again. Things are happening, not as fast as I'd like but Still happening. There has still been zero growth & zero spread. Parts of the mass have died on the inside but no shrinking yet. She has gained back 20+ lbs and now tips the scales at 104. Best news of all is what she says herself. She says she feels better, much better. That's a long way from looking at me and telling me she knew she was dying, she could feel it inside her, taking her. It's not doing that anymore and that means everything for her mind state. May take awhile but I think we got this thing. I'll be back to share any updates. Thanks again everyone for the love & support.

Hey Micheal...really appreciate the update man. Fabulous news for sure...one day a bit better. Anyone else here think maybe the dosage should be upped a bit??? I was thinking that. What you think GB. Time to bombard it with more oil?
Ideas ??
Tell her were all pulling for her and looking forward to a post by her someday. Tell her the medical patients community sends it's love, if I may be so bold as to include others in that.
We will help her beat it with the power of positivism and the strength of the " Peoples Plant ".
