looks like some low quality soil, where did you get it?
what is the plan with regards to feeding and what light do you have?

Look fine to me but don't keep watering untill they dry out a little as your soil seems really wet. Other then that they look like they should. Try not to over love and worry about them in the first few weeks.
I promise just water them when they need it and they will love you for it..Plus that gives you time to read up on nutrients and what route you are gonna approach the grow with.

No need for every day unless thats what you want. try to take a couple one day a week (even it becomes tedious) and post up.

that soil looks like its compacting..what soil is it..you need a light soil for seedlings..the first root growth is important...and you say your going to fertilize next week..I would wait a bit longer ..if you want just add some liquid kelp and water ...let soil dry a bit between watering..dont water daily...you will rot the roots...or they will dampen off...but as said you may want some seedling soil...looks compacted especialy the right one

@nick8 , in soil a plant that young do not need fertilizer , just water them , and they will thank you .. some root stimulator if you want but no fertilizing unless you have a very very npk poor soil , and then when you transplant to vegging pots , depending on how long your veg will be you will or not need to fertilze.
As long as your roots are growing and entering new soil they will feed from it , forget about that "bulking" history , with good soil cannabis dont need nutrients at all during Veg unless you veg for too long , my plants only start to get nutrients at about 3/4 weeks after switch to 12/12 cause i make a transplant arrund 10 days before flowering..
Good Soil is way cheaper and gives you less troubles and your plants will thank you.

you can also buy yourself an "emergency blanket" to use as a cheap but super effective reflector, painted white walls are better than tin foil and dude above me mentioned that tin foil is not good...just ebay "emergency blanket" super duper cheap for the fantastic % of reflectivity
