when i pay cash at the grocery store, i get a receipt showing how much STATE TAX i paid.

i also get a receipt when i pay cash for gasoline, but it is up to me to see how much state and federal tax i paid on that gasoline.

when i pay my rent, i know that i have also paid the property taxes within that rent, and the state certainly knows what that number is.

so much for your retarded theory.
Well shit UB, next time my property taxes are due, I'll just explain to the county that they have already been taken care of by my tenants.:dunce:

They wouldn't come if legal citizen took up the work that they do. If there was no demand for their labor, there would be no reason for them to want to come.
Glad you admit we have millions of lazy people that would rather live off the tax payers than get an honest job.

Yes mostly white republican business owners who don't feel like paying a wage that makes it worth going to work and not feeling like some third world slave laborer.

There may be hope for you.

50-75% pay income taxes and FICA taxes under false SS numbers and will never see a penny of it back, baby dick.
Buck,

I can tell 2 things from your posts:

1. You're dumb.

but...

2. You're NOT stupid.

So, baby dick, you should be able to understand clear logic: There's NO WAY anyone knows HOW MANY illegal aliens are here, so there's NO WAY the government can say how much they pay in income taxes, or any other kind of taxes.

There are probably tens of thousands more of the sons and of bitches here than any government official is willing to admit.

Hell, fucking Obama just welcomes them here. Come on in, take jobs from our citizens.

However, I freely admit that the illegal Mexican immigrants want to WORK. They're not lazy. I kinda like 'em, sort of.

So, let's do this: let's trade, one for one, illegal Mexican immigrants for serial welfare recipients. For every illegal Mexican immigrant we take, Mexico has to take one of our serial welfare recipients. I could deal with that.

Those lazy fucking ass serial welfare recipients COULD have the jobs the illegal alien Mexicans have here, but they're too spoiled by the government giving them my money without my consent.

Do you think owning slaves is a honest living? Further more do you think being a slave is a honest living?

you don't work your property taxes into the rent?

what an idiot landlord.
Nope. most of mine are impound accounts except for the couple that have a zero mortgage.
My rents are markets based minus, when my property taxes went down during the obmaconomy, our rent did not go down.
Your ignorance is shinning.

there are about 10-12 million illegals in the nation, about 5.6 million of them pay into SS and medicare, and we collect about $15 billion every year (SS alone) from illegals.

any other stupid shit to say?

not sure why rents would go down in obama's economy, the stock market is at a record high, we've had 53 straight months of job creation (a record), the deficit is vanishing, and home values have only gone up under obama.

I'm curious; you're talking about rental investments, correct?

What does your mortgage agreement have to do with your landlord/renter agreement? Do you have some clause written into your lease agreement with your renter that adjusts the rate relative to the market value of the investment property? If that's the case, why would you do that? I can't imagine the lending institution building that clause in. Has it something to do with landlord tenant laws? I would be so lucky to have any of my properties have a drop in property taxes. But unfortunately the local communities want their pound of flesh regardless of property value; they just rolled levies ...

I know I'm missing something, just curious.

Barron's cover story:
The share of the adult population, 16 and over, participating in the labor force is at its lowest level since 1978, at 62.8% and 62.9% in June and July, respectively. In a comprehensive study of trends in the workforce released in December, the Bureau of Labor Statistics said it expects a further decline in labor-force participation, to 61.6%, by 2022.

[...]

Do some of these people [dropping out of the labor force] have independent means? If so, their number is small. Census Bureau data show that in 2012, just 232,000 prime-age men, or 0.4% of the total cohort, had income from stocks, bonds, and real estate of $50,000 or more, while 76,000 enjoyed an investment income of $100,000 or more. Both figures should be enough to get by without income from a job. But we don't know how many of these men supplemented that income with work.

And evidence exists that some of these men may be doing any of a combination of the following: living off loans and stipends that support them through college and professional school; using credit-card debt to cover living expenses; relying on spouses for support; working sporadically in the above-ground economy, or living off crime.

WHEN IT COMES TO the millions of people receiving Social Security disability income, however, it is fairly certain that virtually all of them are outside of the labor force.

The SSDI program "creates a very strong incentive against meaningfully participating in the formal labor market," says Massachusetts Institute of Technology economics professor David Autor, author of the November 2011 study, "The Unsustainable Rise of the Disability Rolls in the United States."

The reason is simple: If you take a job, you run the risk of being terminated from the program and losing the benefits. It always comes back to incentives.
