You guys are all killing it!

I grew a bunch of AOS and it was great but I like the Jesus OG much more.

My only issue with promix is that when it gets dry, it is hard to get it wet again. The water goes right down the sides of the pot and out the bottom. I now put the pots in old tupperware containers I get at garage sales. I water and the tupperware fills up. I let it soak for a couple minutes and the Promix fully reabsorbs the water. Some of the plants I just leave in the tupperware to keep them wet longer.

Just make sure you wash the tupperware well and soak it with some H2O2 just in case it has had anything bad in it.

Cheers,
Mo

yeah, Jesus OG seeds still waiting in the fridge, you make me feel like I made a good choice.
Love your jesus OG picture, very similar with AoS indeed

I don't know about promix but what I can say:
before I used lightmix, the problem with many prepared prebagged soils [light-pro-custom mix] is that when it gets too dry the soil is then hydrophobic and watering is a pain, considering the nightmare for rehydrating.

Now I reuse soils, based on light mix + a bit of coco and add my compost + perlite.
I was astonished to see this personal mix is not hydrophobic anymore.
I use [forever] some fabric containers, lots of round smart pots and some square called dirt pots.
NO problem since I've used my own mix with magic compost [life in there is the magic].
It depends on the brands, some soils turn more hydrophobic than others when they get too dry.

I'm still in my research organic best way, so take my words as a lover who never stop learning.

@Mohican man that Jesus og tho! All the above pics looks great man, but when u hit that jog it's just like BAM snowstorm status Bruv!

I just cut a tester nug off the jaki, she's at day 56 today still needs another week IMO but May as well see how she is at day 56. I'm not sure if you've ever tried a strain called rocklock she reminds me very much of her. That was one strain I have to say when I smoked my eye sight seemed like it sharpened. Funny how a smell can bring back so many memories.

How does the RB smell? Sure looks as good as TGA's pictures. The one Nugbuckets grew was outrageous! I think it is probably one of their best strains :)

Well, I never smoked/grew Pre98 bubba but that has to be dominate in my pheno. No jack/lemon smell at all. The wife says it's not fruity but sweet w/ another smell that I can't put my finger on. I'm gonna let her go a little longer this time. The nugs get hard as rocks.

The first pic is of my 16 y/o that's grown inside and outside she's pollinated w/ the Vortex. My first run of SS that was cooked outside under a tarp this year and she's growing faster and budding quicker than I've ever seen. 9 weeks inside. Water only from clone to present. Day 15.

Couldn't resist taking a pic of my Vortex sleeping day 51 or so. She went from fruity to lemon. Gonna hold onto this one.oldie.jpg vl.jpg

When that happens an easy quick fix is to add a little bit of biodegradable scent-free soap to your water, it will break the surface tension of the water and allow it to be absorbed instead of beading up and running down the sides, only need a tiny bit of soap to make it work too, like one or half a teaspoon per gallon, and it fixes the problem for a good while. I like seventh generation free and clear personally. Cheers!
