WOOOAHHH...LMFAO.....What have you proven Wrong/Right? I'm not insulting you ..I'll hash it out all day if it help's you get your rock's off?? You ever read Machiavelli's "The Prince"? It's what every Dictator in the last 500-600 yrs has lived by...It falls into required reading for just about every politician ... And it's how you control a government and the population underneath it ...What you say is not feasible because the public would revolt.... It's not feasible because it's inhumane....Maybe in some autocracy somewhere you can pull that, But not somewhere where the citizen's actually have even just a few right's let alone in America.....Freedom may be a veil pulled over everyone's eye's here and you may not be as free as you want to be, but take that ass somewhere else and let's see how free you really are? Sure, go to a country that allows drug's and see what the gov. taxes you on your income? Ask people in Spain what they pay for gas?... If you passed that bill(Your supposed Death to everybody) or even tried it they would find you in a dumpster ....No question's asked....It's outrageous and an extremist's view

For those looking for clues about how the U.S. government can tackle its domestic drug problem, the figures are enticing. Following decriminalization, Portugal eventually found itself with the lowest rates of marijuana usage in people over 15 in the EU: about 10%. Compare this to the 40% of people over 12 who regularly smoke pot in the U.S., a country with some of the most punitive drugs laws in the developed world. Drug use of all kinds has declined in Portugal: Lifetime use among seventh to ninth graders fell from 14.01% to 10.6%. Lifetime heroin use among 16-18 year olds fell from 2.5% to 1.8%. And what about those horrific HIV infection rates that prompted the move in the first place? HIV infection rates among drug users fell by an incredible 17%, while drug related deaths were reduced by more than half. "There is no doubt that the phenomenon of addiction is in decline in Portugal," said Joao Goulao, President of the Institute of Drugs and Drugs Addiction, at a press conference to mark the 10th anniversary of the law.

I prefer decriminalization over legalization.
