First time grow. Indoor low budget grow op.

I have some experienced grower friends but this is my first grow. Low budget late in season start just for experience and to see if I can get it right.
4 plants: 1 bag seed (probably some skunk), 2x Skunk/Haze, 1 Royal Queen Critical (female)
Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil
2 Agro Grow cfl's
1 daylight cfl
Small fan
No added nutrients only water

8/3 bag seed sprouted

8/6 9am RQ and SH1 sprout
5pm SH2 sprouted

Will post more pictures in a few hours. The one is to give you an idea and it's also a few days old. I need some advice on the light set up, light schedule and anything else people have to offer. Much appreciated.

I should also add that due to the late start I only plan to veg for about 1 month. After that I plan to move them outdoors.

As I said here are some pictures from today. Need some help with one of the plants starting to having problems. "Pink pot" leaves?! Help me out.
For the record:
Pink= bagseed (skunk?)
White= skunk haze
Black= critical
Red= skunk haze

I'd add more light.... and you plan on putting them out side? I 'd veg them for a few weeks them get the out side as soon as you can let them veg under the sun as long as you can before mother nature goes 12/12

i planned to veg inside for a month and then put them outside and let mother nature handle the rest and yes more lights the better but im also trying to watch my budget considering its free seeds, first time, and i dont expect an amazing yield. Also i have been rotating the pots everyday so each plant gets "equal" light.
P.S. I also have them on 24/0. Was wondering if I should slowly adjust it rather than going from 24/0 to outside.

So at this point I guess my questions are...What nutes can I use at a low budget if I use any at all? (I was thinking just doing FF Big Bloom), Is going from 24/0 to outside bad or should I adjust the schedule in preparation? Whats going on with my one bagseed plant in the pink pot?

Going inside to out requires a bit of treatment, called 'hardening off'. When you first take them out, leave them in a shaded area with only a bit of sun for the first few days, then transition them slowly to natural sunlight for brief periods for about a week (a bit more sun every day, hitting full sun on day 7-10).

Rather than do that do couldn't I just adjust the light schedule either to 18/6 two weeks before I put them outside or every week do an extra 3 hours of darkness. 21/3 , 18/6 , 15/3 until I put them outside.

I get great results from the FFOF soil only. I don't add any nutes, unless my plants look sick.
FFOF has enough nutrition to last a little over a month, so if you up-can after the initial stretch, you won't need to buy anything more. I go solo cup -> 2g -> 5g.... which I found to be cheap and easy.
The one pic looks like nute burn on the tips of those little leaves.
Have you considered a small LED for flowering?
Would be easier than outside, and you can use it all year-round.
.... besides, isn't it a little late to be going outside?

Yeah my original plan was no nutes because ffof is good enough. It does look like nute burn which is strange but that is the bagseed. Yes I considered it...problem is I can't flower inside. Putting them outside after a little over a month of vegging. If we get a late frost I'll get almost 8 weeks outside. It is late but first grow free seeds and don't expect crazy yields.

Here is a picture from today! I'm trying to find a better camera. Please bare with me. I really want to figure out how to save that one plant. I started it a couple days earlier than the others. It's watered the same, same soil, basically the same light (since I'm rotating the pots). Two of the three plants have by far passed it and even the one I started last, which had a helmet and then some shell residue holding it together, is about to pass it in size and growth.

P.S. I might give in and get another clamp light and cfl bulb.

They look like healthy little sprouts, except for the one with a bit of nute burn.
Just keep it with your others and it should pull through.

So I caved...just ordered 4 6500k cool white LEDs, 2 Bayco 10.5" light clamps and a 32oz big bloom

Updated pictures. 10 days since germinated seeds were planted. Royal Queen Critical and one the skunk hazes are coming along nice. The other skunk haze is slowly comin along after it struggled with the "helmet" and then residue holding it together. The bag seed is still dying on me I hope she saves herself.

P.S. Will show picture of updated light setup once it's up and running probably tomorrow.

Those others are looking great.
If it were me, I would just destroy that other one.
Especially if its bag seed, who knows what type of weak genetics it has.
It might be just that, too...
... you aren't doing nothing wrong, it may be just a shitty plant.
Just concentrate on the good stuff.

I was thinking about just getting rid of it. I would be able to focus the lights on three good plants. If it hasnt made any progress tomorrow Ill destroy it or maybe just throw it outside. I am setting up my new light system tomorrow anyway.
