OH and I ordered 2 packs of bodhi to get harlequin x appalachia freebie at the time....... it was listed as still "in stock"....My order came without it. When I asked about it the response was "Out of Stock. Sorry." WTF?!

I had one pack pf GHS Pure Kush where all 5 failed to germ. Otherwise, I have good results with the Tude's beans. I'm 13/13 currently with 7 more to go from my latest order.

lol... yeah, but, they don't usually get called that until after they've chosen to behave in such a way. I guess this is part of that double-standard where we're not supposed to notice, and not supposed to say anything if we do notice... meanwhile, everyone calls us "dicks," as soon as we're imperfect once. But then it's funny because most guys don't really care if someone calls us a dick.

Anyway... which bank(s) is(are) best when it comes to resending anything snagged by customs?

If I was in charge and you called one of my employees a cunt I'd never do business with you again. Your CC would be banned from my system and your name put on a permanent record never to sell you anything again.

Pieces of shit with no respect don't deserve respect back. The shit customer service folks deal with on the day to day is unreal, there's no reason to pile on by attacking someone personally.

I'd also post all their emails to a secondary site where I would shame pieces of shit with attitude problems. That way when they get on forums like this and bash the company there's record of their actions.

Thinking it and saying it are two different things. I tend to be a bit more diplomatic than that. Plus, more flies with honey than vinegar.

Lots of consumers complain when they shouldn't, but some don't when they should... especially in a "seller's market" scenario such as this. Say the wrong thing to the wrong person in the wrong moment, and your money disappears.

Not threads about customs etc. For some reason it seems to be almost always USA based people crying on the internet about their seeds being faulty and then attitude not sorting them and then fuck attitude they're a scam! Very few from europeans, who buy just as many seeds as you guys do. And this thread offers a perfect example of why that is often the case; a total lack of knowledge or respect for UK law, for instance trying to argue with attitude that he was a US medical patient as if that somehow means something. That's about as much use as trying to get a refund by saying you like pizza.

Yes, i've seen plenty of angry reviews left in various places for the wrong reasons, attribution errors, etc. It's kind of a clusterfuck over here in the states these days. Maybe it always was. But it seems like lately there's been a cycle of periods of intense rage, dispersed by periods of zen-like calm. It's like people tire themselves out being stressed and angry, and then have a few good weeks of "meh, whatever."

If people would just read the fine print... "if you germ, you're on your own." If you can tell a seed is bad before doing anything with it, you might have a shot at getting replacements...

It was a big culture shock moving here from Canada. People are self centered twats with a huge sense of entitlement. "The greatest country on earth"......and folks truly believe it here.
